Having troubles cashing out

I Won $1000 at All Star Casino on 2/27 was verified and approved for the withdraw. On 3/6 I received a Check by FedEx for 999.99$ and on 3/7 I took it to my bank to deposit it. The teller asked me various questions and she accepted it and upon me returning home I had received and email from an Emma Louise Luckman with instruction and a tracking number. Today I got a call from the bank stating that the check was fraudulent, I called All Star and talked with a Christopher and explained what the bank said he gave me a number to call the check processor. I spoke with a Sean Stevenson and he instructed me to have the bank call him. The bank refused. I attempted to called him back to inform him the first call noanswer so I called on another phone and a woman answered and said she could not hear me then he answered and said the same and he would call me back because he had my number on his caller id. No call back yet. This is a mess and I am pissed I used my money and now that I won I have to jump through hoops to receive my money.

All Star Slots Casino- No deposit bonus and home phone problem!!!!!

I got 50$ no deposit and wager it, after that i make deposit of 21 for verification purpose, then their support ask me to provide documents(id, credit card, bank statement), i send them all this things, some of them few times, they ask me for bank statement which i send them about 5 times, because first time it was without postal code, then because it is too pixaleted, after that because it was in pdf not jpeg, after all they accept my documents, main problem was my home phone number, when i register i put my old home phone number which is not in use anymore, i contact support and ask them to change my home phone number to my mobile phone number , they do that, and they contact me on my mobile phone to prove my identity, but problem is they want bill for that old home phone number which is not in use, and i dont have it, i said i made mistake and they contact me on my currently home phone number if it is necessary and i gave them link from my phone company where they can find it but they reject it, never heard and never have problem with home phone number, i give them all documents which they approve, they call me on my mobile phone and now they reject to give me 250 $ which i won , hope you can do something, if it is necessary i can send you screnshots of whatever you want, thank you very much, Zvonimir

Made a withdrawal request about a week ago, I just received an email stating I have to submit documents for my daughter who had an account at one of their sites. They are saying only 1 account is allowed from thesame IP, we have always used our own pc's when playing, but they are saying they are linked together. They say in order ffor me to get my payout documents regarding her such as (ID, utility bills, checking accounts, credit cards, etc are needed. With All Stars Slots I had a good memories :P It is first online casino where I played, and its also a first online casino where I cleared and cashouted my no deposit bonus!
