I Won $1000 at All Star Casino on 2/27 was verified and approved for the withdraw. On 3/6 I received a Check by FedEx for 999.99$ and on 3/7 I took it to my bank to deposit it. The teller asked me various questions and she accepted it and upon me returning home I had received and email from an Emma Louise Luckman with instruction and a tracking number. Today I got a call from the bank stating that the check was fraudulent, I called All Star and talked with a Christopher and explained what the bank said he gave me a number to call the check processor. I spoke with a Sean Stevenson and he instructed me to have the bank call him. The bank refused. I attempted to called him back to inform him the first call noanswer so I called on another phone and a woman answered and said she could not hear me then he answered and said the same and he would call me back because he had my number on his caller id. No call back yet. This is a mess and I am pissed I used my money and now that I won I have to jump through hoops to receive my money.
I just checked your account and seems as you already speaking to our head cashier in regards to this pay out. The check is not fraudulent, we are using the processing company for a long time and many customers cashing it with no problems.
I would say that your bank refuse to cash the check or raise some concerns.

I spoke with Emma and the I am further frustrated. She informed me that they refund the money $130 and $235 that I had deposited to both of my Paypal debit cards, but hook was it can take up to 28 working days for me to receive it. The next problem is they are sending the balance $581 to my bank debit card and that will take 5 to 7 business days. So that means they are deducting $54 for these transaction which I should not have to pay but being that they have control they make me eat the loss. To make bad matters worse I am still waiting some more additional days. Then they tell me my account will be voided from future play due to the bank problem, oh well!!. This withdrawal has been 2 weeks already and more time has been added on, what happened to the 2 days promised for withdrawals. I am furious as to how this is being handled. I was told being a player from the US they have procedures to follow well it would seem that they would find the methods that would create the least amount of attention/problems and get an US processor and things like this would not have happened. I have played at other online casinos and they use american processor and/or ACH for deposits but they said only special players can use ACH with them maybe their rules need to be changesd.

I understand that you have thousands of customer but however ask I stated before why should I absorb the fees. Why would my bank say the check was counterfeit I am sure this was not the first international check they have received. Furthermore my question is if you are able to refund money to my Paypal debit card now why couldn't you do it when I made the withdrawal request and was told it could not be done. Now I am told I have to pay the $9 for the refund and $45 for the stop payment that I had nothing to do with. This is so unfair and to top it all off I am still waiting for something that might not come.
I'm unable to tell you why your bank is not accepting the check, they may have their own policies however we cannot be responsible for the check cancellation fee in this circumstances.
In regards to the funds returning to you, we are unable to make a pay out to your Paypal card, we decided to reverse/refund all of your deposits and pay the rest as card pay out.
I am not understanding the card payout as a card pay. Please explain this further for me. This mean some more waiting for me to receive my funds. Does this still mean witing up to 28 days for me to receive these funds.
Your total deposits were less than the pay out amount therefore we couldn't refund any more. The deposits were refunded which may take up to 28 days however usually is quicker. The remaining balance was sent as a withdrawal back to the card which usually clears in about 5 business days from the approval date.

I find it very very hard to believe that it is taking this long to receive my funds and there are so few options for me to be paid and with every attempt it is costing me fees $54 and more waiting time. Hi jdavis63, as per your conversations with cashier, you are aware the cashout has been processed.
You were informed on Friday March 11th that if you have not received the funds by this coming Friday (18th March) then you should call in to speak with cashier who will chase that up.
Regards the 28 days, this is the maximum time it can take to receive your withdrawal to your card, so 'up to 28 days'. That said however, the vast majority of players receive their funds within 7 days.

I will certainly update here once I receive my money. I also noticed that you did not hesitate disabling my account even the fun account. Funny how everything on your end is instantly but for me it is long and drawn out and wait.
We to are at the mercy of the 3rd party processors, in an ideal world these transactions would be instant as it would provide a better overall playing experience.
However, this is not the case something we too have to deal with.
I understand that you use a 3rd party processor but maybe you all need to upgrade your processor or at least find them some help to speed up the process.
