Terrible withdrawal process. First they said my card didn’t work to withdraw to apparently even though I deposit from that card and have withdrawn to it before. Sent bank account details instead like they asked which they received and still no money turned up. Had to message them again to be be told that I need a photo of a statement not a screenshot of account online. I don’t know if they’d have told me had I not enquired.

Then I had to verify my account which had already been verified quite a while before to be able to play tournaments and withdraw before this. Did this and still no money was in the account so yet again had to message them to be told to resend documents which I did again.
They then emailed saying documents were accepted so am verified. Still haven’t managed to receive money though. Requested transcripts. Hadn’t received those either.

One not so helpful help desk person told me I don’t have an account with them which I then had to argue that and then she found it. I keep asking if money is on the way now. Nobody can tell me if it is they just say wait for an email. If I did that I’d still be at square 1 now!!! Once again, today they tell me the hold up is they’re waiting for my account to be verified which could take up to 7 days which they’d already verified yet again days earlier and sent an email in regards to that.

It seems nobody can tell me anything or what’s happening with the money nor will they tell you everything you need to do all at once to get it. It seems you have to ask them after each time you do one thing and I it fails to transfer funds then to be told yet another problem and what to do again and again. One problem after the next. Never had this problem with other casinos. Would not recommend. .
Still waiting hoping the funds come. Looking less and less likely and becoming more and more disillusioned. Maybe that’s sn angle so you give up on it? Who knows.

Im very disappointed about the fact that once I won some money (real-money) they gave me bonus-money. (I never asked for it nor did I click on a bonus to activate) It feels like stealing because they gave me 250 euro's bonus money (that like a 10,000 euro wager) after I won some real money. And you play with your real money first, but you cant cashout that before you finished the whole wager. Plus you also can't stop the bonus wager money. It's pure thievery. And I recommend not to play here!

Had you not played on the bonus when you received it, we would have been able to remove it for you so that you could have withdrawn your winnings. You are not forced to play with bonuses if you do not want to.

Jackpot factory group has a lot of casinos and I do not really follow this group a lot because I am not very satisfied with them because I have lost a lot of deposits in their casinos and have loads of loadings problems every time with all of their casinos. This one is taking games from the MG software which is the best in business. I like their tournaments even though I have never really played one because I am not a tournament player but it is a good idea. I have taken out cash 3 times from this casino and this is why I meant when I said that this is one of the best from Jackpot factory. I usually play the table games the most here and love the return to the players . The only problem which I always have is that their slots stop loading and the process stops sometimes and then I have to close the casino and open and log in again for it to work. Its like the whole casino app hangs or something.

And the cash out takes at least 3 days and my last one took 5 days and I think 5 days is a very long time and they should do something about this because it is not good for their reputation. They have a 100% match up bonus for up to 2004 and then 25% match up bonus on the second deposit, 50% on the third deposit and 25% on the fourth deposit. They have 10% cash backs on all deposits which is something I have never seen before.

And I could no even avail the 10% cash back and I did not even understand that what this actually means because I did no get a single % back on my deposit, maybe there is some term and condition to this as well. Casinos say something and do something else this is what most of the casino rooms do.

They do not allow manual flushing and I love it a lot and I do not understand why casinos do no allow this. This casino room was established in 2003 and does not have a lot of members registered to their room which tells that there is something wrong with this room or the games. They have a very weird and stupid limitation on the withdrawal which I have no understood till date.

They are powered by Micro gaming and even a software like that could not save them from sinking because I kept losing with them and did not like the games at all.
