I signed up from punterbonus.com and got £10 free no deposit. I manged to turn it over 40x but then they said I had to make a real deposit in order to withdraw my bonus money. I added £10 real money. I had won £55 from the bonus. So all in all I should be getting my £55 from the bonus.

Hopefully fingers crossed. I spoke to support and they said everything looks fine. I just had to send over my drivers licence and phone bill.

I did win in this casino I had a 150% welcome bonus and managed to get through it.

When I got through the bonus they take back the 150% welcome bonus it is for playing only and non withdrawable which is very disappointing I expected better being owned by ladborkes. My account validation is a problem with the address proof.
I have sent three different high-quality photo communal bills itself. Very clearly readable , very good quality . I took pictures of themselves with a 13MP phone Photo size is 3120x4160 pixels.
Every time I sent a photo , the answer that they do not accept file-photo,
After this , it must be colored and clear photo. I can not find any explanation for that problem.
If I can not be a solution , then I do not recommend this casino!

Ace Kingdom Casino it seems to me as an interesting online casino. They offer Playtech games but only in the instant play version. The fact that here the pending time is 3 to 6 working days surprised me unpleasantly. I really do not have intention to play in some casino where the pending time may take even up to 6 days. I was really surprised by this information, especially that this casino is sister casino to the Ladbrokers casino where the pending time is 24 hours. But, if I remember well at the Ladbrokers I was waiting 2 or 3 days for accepting a scanned document that I have sent for verification.

But well, let's go back to Ace Casino Kingdom. This casino has a pretty good welcome offer. The bonus percentage on the first deposit at the casino is 150% for deposit from 20 to 50 euros and for a deposit of more than 50 Euros is 200%. Also in the welcome offer there are two more bonuses and that a bonus of 50% on the second and 75% on the third deposit. The wagering requirements for all these 3 bonuses are same and they are acceptable 20 x deposit + bonus. As it is a case in the welcome offer at Ladbrokes, you can’t take these bonuses in case if you make a deposit via the popular e-wallet services - Neteller and Skrill. This is another reason why I will not play in this casino because I am using only Neteller as deposit method.

Also, I'm not impressed by the casino live chat support because I have waited probably 3+ minutes until one of their live chat operators was available.
