Plenty O' Fortune is a 20-payline video slot operating on the Playtech software platform. The notable symbols include the wild card, which is the Rainbow Wild, the scatter featuring the Leprechaun and 2 Bonus symbols, the Wishing Well and the Pot of Gold. Players are invited to test the slot on this page for free or visit any of the featured Playtech casinos to play the game for real money.

In order to visit the magical land of Leprechauns and overflowing pots of gold, players should first adjust their bet. “Lines” alters the number of active paylines and “Line Bet” modifies the coin denomination, ranging from 0.01 to 2. Clicking “Spin” starts the game, “Auto Play” spins the reels a number of time uninterrupted and “Bet Max” turns them using the highest available wager.

12 Free Games are triggered when 3 or more Leprechauns emerge on reels 2, 3 and 4. The round is played with 3 special symbols, Clover Coins, awarding cash prizes and multipliers ranging from x1 to x5 one’s total bet. Free Games cannot be reactivated.

3 or more Wishing Well symbols trigger the Wishing Well Bonus feature. The leprechaun dances across the reels and collects coins pouring out from the Wishing Wells. If 4 Wishing wells activate the Bonus, the average prize is twice as high and if 5 Wishing Wells initiate the round, the average prize is 10 times as high.

The End of the Rainbow Bonus feature starts when players acquire 3 or more Pot of Gold symbols. A mountain with a pot of gold on the top emerges and players need to help the Leprechaun reach the mountain by going up various paths containing smaller pots of gold. On each path players pick a pot of gold. The farther up the path they go, the bigger the prizes. “Collect” collects the prizes and returns players to the main game.

A slot from Playtech and based around an Irish theme. It’s one of Playtech’s 5 reel slot, 3 rows with 20 pay lines. The minimum bet comes in at just a 0.01 if you play at only 1 line, and up to 100.00 if you play at 5.00 per line, which makes this slot a suitable amount for almost most players. Some casinos however may have different max bets.

You can adjust the number of lines you wish to play with per spin from 1 line to 20 lines which a lot of players including myself enjoy doing when given the option as it lowers the cost per spin and allows various slot strategies instead of being forced to play all lines like many other slots do and which is becoming more standard these days.

There are a couple of features with this slot and we all enjoy features such as free spins and if you were wondering if this slot has the free spins well I can say it does indeed and to get those you need to get the scatter symbol on the middle 3 reels and off you go the free spins are yours. How many you ask well it’s 12 free spins.

There is another feature which is quite common among these types of Irish slots and it involves of course the wishing well feature and for that you will just need to get at least 3 wishing well symbols to appear. Now they did make this a little different than other slots in that if you get more than 3 then you get better rewards, best of all is if you get the 5 wishing wells so keep that in mind. However I have not achieved that feat during my sessions on this slot.

One other feature that is the best feature of them all and is often found in these Irish slots is the end of the rainbow feature and thus here you can win a decent amount your stake. For that you will need to get to the very end of the rainbow.

There is of course a wild symbol in this game and if you get 5 wilds on a payline you will get 500x your line bet something I have not yet had happen but it is worth noting that it is there for those lucky enough to get this achievement.

The low RTP is tragic about this game. Sitting on only 91.95% is just unbelievable and makes you really wonder what was Playtech thinking when they made this game with such a terribly low RTP.

Most of the free spins features I have found from this slot will be around the 50x mark and the best one I have had was 63x.

Plenty of fortune? Hmm, probably for the Irish or some lucky players, but for me, no leprechaun-themed game, by any provider, has ever been good enough to give me nice decent wins. By decent wins, I mean wins of 300x or more my stake amount. This game by Playtech is yet one more such game. I’ve played it occasionally since some years ago, never got any worthwhile win from it, so I hardly ever go back to play it.

Being an old game, the graphics are nothing outstanding to look at, but beauty is secondary to me. What matters most is the quality of the gameplay. Plenty O’Fortune is a 20 lines game, still with selectable pay lines, and with a minimum starting bet of 20 cents. There are 3 separate feature games available, each triggered by the corresponding required symbols, but win multipliers are completely not available, not in the base game, and not for the feature games as well. However, the prizes would be higher if triggered by 4 or 5 of the required symbols, namely the Wishing Well and the Gold Pot, but the free spins can only be triggered by 3 Leprechaun symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4 each. All triggering symbols are non-paying, and that sucks! Honestly speaking, these are poorly designed feature games indeed and I don’t like it at all.

The Wild symbol is also simply disappointing, paying only a lousy 500 coins for a 5-of-a-kind win, 20x lower than the usual 10,000 coins! If the highest paying symbol can pay so low, never mind the other symbols...they all are having very low win values indeed, almost extremely low! The Plenty O’Fortune symbol is the only stacked symbol in the game, on all reels, but I’ve yet to get any decent win from them. They don’t pay well either.

Getting the 3 Leprechauns on reels 2, 3, and 4 triggers 12 free spins with no win multipliers, nor can it be retriggered. Sheesh! Getting a Bronze, Silver, or Gold coin anywhere on the reels during the free spins would pay x1, x2, or x5 the bet amount, and this is all the free spins game can offer. The results? Completely disappointing payouts! I’ve managed to get many of these free spins games, including the Wishing Well and the Pot Of Gold feature games, yet not a single game paid a 100x win! Very disgusting indeed!

Plenty O’Fortune is not a money guzzler, but never expect good wins from it either. It may be a low medium volatility game, but getting those 3 Leprechauns may even take over 500 spins, so beware! Not a good game to play, so go somewhere else!

Plenty O` Fortune is a video slot game from Playtech, and it is really fun to play. There are many slots from different providers that are similar to this one, mainly because of the Irish theme. But still, this is a game that is fun to play.
This is 5 reels and 20 pay lines slot where some of the main symbols are the ginger haired leprechaun, the Rainbow wild, a pot of gold and wishing well which are scatters and the leprechaun bonus.

There are 2 different bonus features and the free spins feature in the Plenty O` Fortune slot. The first bonus that I triggered when I was playing this game was the End of the Rainbow bonus. You need at least 3 Pot of Gold scatters anywhere on the reels to trigger this feature. There are 6 levels of this game but I only managed to pick 2 pots of gold and the third one was hiding the word ā€˜collect’ and I only won 15 euros from this feature. Next I triggered the free spins feature. This was slightly time consuming because you need to land three leprechauns on the second, third and fourth reel. I got 12 free spins and every time there is a coin it turns into a random multiplier. Silver coin usually x1 or x2 and the gold coin x 5. I won 42.20 euros from this feature. One more time this proved my theory that the free spins feature is always better than any other bonus feature.

There is one more bonus in the Plenty O` Fortune slot called Wishing Well Bonus. You need 3 or more Wishing Well symbols to trigger it. It seems that this is a fun game too because there are coins which the leprechaun is trying to collect in his hat, but I did not trigger this feature so I do not know its potential.

"Plenty O 'Fortuneā€ is a slot produced by" Playtech "during 2013 with pleasing appearance mainly because its design is abundant in green tones, this game is based on the popular Irish legend of Leprechauns and pot at the end of the rainbow and I tried it because I consider I have been quite lucky playing slots using this theme, although I must confess that it is not my favorite subject for slots, and fortunately my good luck with the Leprechauns has continued, even though the paytable of "Plenty O 'Fortune" does not look really promising, and I don’t remember having played so far any slot where almost all the symbols are the cheaper ones, that is, those that are usually represented with letters and numbers and they usually have the lowest rates, on this game there is only one symbol with a decent rate and it is the one represented with the game logo, which fortunately is the only symbol that normally appears stacked and that on more than one occasion it was responsible for giving me some big wins; so that the routine of this game is continually getting smaller payouts because low symbols abound, and fortunately another symbol that appears most often is the wild symbol which can be considered an important aid without doubt, this wild also is the symbol that has the ability to grant the jackpot, which is 500 coins that would be the award for getting five wilds on the same active payline.

As for the special features I think "Wishing Well Bonus" has pretty low prizes which I sometimes cataloged as stingy awards, but at least this feature can be activated more regularly than others, meanwhile the round of 12 free spins is much more difficult to be triggered since the Leprechaun’s scatters only appear on the 3 center reels; during these spins they appear bronze, silver and gold coins granting bonuses equivalent to 1x, 2x and 5x the total bet, which ultimately very likely will represent a total prize of decent size, although maybe I liked most the "End of the Rainbow Bonus" feature because therein I got bigger prizes than during free spins, although it is also a difficult feature to be triggered.

The few big wins I've gotten on this game have been enough to emerge victorious, mainly because they have come at times when my bet had already been increased gradually for approximately 5 levels above my initial bet, and lastly I think this would be one of my slots to play at some Playtech casino only if I have enough capital to systematically increase my bet until I get my big wins.

This game has obviously been more than a little bit inspired by the Barcrest game ā€œRainbow Richesā€, with features included from several versions of that game all rolled into one here. It’s not actually a bad attempt, although I definitely think the Barcrest game has the more professional and polished look and feel in terms of graphics and sound.

If you are actually familiar with the game Rainbow Riches (and let’s be honest, if your from the UK, that’s pretty much inevitable!) then you’ll want to take a look at page five of the paytable and view the layout of the paylines – in this game they are much more ā€œconventionalā€ I would say, which makes it easier to see at a glance if you are about to win.

There are several bonus games included, all pretty much copied from Rainbow Riches – you can score between three and five wishing wells, with three pretty guaranteeing you a fairly rubbish prize, four doubles your winning potential and five multiplies all of the hidden prizes by a factor of ten.

Theres also a ā€œEnd of the Rainbowā€ bonus which is pretty much just the same as hitting the leprechauns on Rainbow Riches, and just like in that game, the number of leprechauns you catch on the reels determines the size of the prizes on the road, but NOT how far up the road you are likely to get – five leprechauns gives you 10 x prize values though, so even if you don’t make it that far up the road you should get a decent prize.

Just like in Rainbow Riches, the games logo is NOT a wild symbol but the games highest regular symbol. This often really frustrates me as you can end up with a screen full of these logo symbols on most reels that doesn’t really pay out very much – there is a wild symbol on the reels which pays out 500 x bet for five of a kind, but they aren’t stacked as the logo symbols are so your only going to see it very rarely if at all!

Finally I’ll just mention the free spins round, which was never present in the original Rainbow Riches game but was added to a later version that is now common here in the UK. It had a similar ā€œspecial coinsā€ feature to the one in this game (surprise surprise!), where new symbols are added to the reels that pay 2 x, 5 x and 10x your bet when they land. Not a bad addition, but certainly not earth shattering, and I’ve never really won anything substantial from the free spins round in this game as a result.
