The way casinos in this group treat their customers is truly unbelievable. You receive personalized advertising for bonuses that you then don't receive and when asked you are greeted with a "decision from the management. This is final (and forever)" chat doesn't help you either but stubbornly repeats text modules. It's not about the missed bonus, it's about the manner. How can that be when I've never paid anything out? and also deposited without a bonus. Only the offers that were offered to Emir were accepted. Definitely a good selection of games and overall nice presentation of the website. Promotions seems to be fair and decent, also quite regular. Nothing to complain here.
The withdrawal or rather payout time is way too long. Terms and conditions state 3 business days, the casino can't even keep up with this promise (current withdrawal pending for the fifth day). That's just way too long nowadays. Another negative point are issues with some providers.
