Hello, I made a win of €920 on July 23rd and subsequently requested two withdrawals (one for €500 and one for €420). Both are still pending, and support isn't helping at all. They keep saying there's a processing delay, which, according to the terms and conditions, is a maximum of three business days. My account is verified and everything.
