The bonus was fun but this casino is not positive at all.
The withdrawal options are gone. When you press withdrawal it does not ask for a way, bank or account.

So how can they pay?

NO chat no mail. Terrible service. No withdrawal options. I have won 740 euro but there is no way to withdrawal.

I have sent a lot of mails thru the site and via mail. Got no reaction and no cash.
On monday I am going to file a complaint and warn the Curacao comission.

The livechat is always offline. The bonuses are very rare. Askgamblers propose better sites. Its only my experience, but, I cant recommend this site.

Welcome bonus is nice, and wagering is not so high.

Software is slowly. I have used all 3 welcome bonus, finally I finished bonus wagering and able to make withdrawal. But not matter how many email I sent asked about withdrawal and account verification, never got any reply and withdrawal just pending.

Does anyone really work at this casino ? Does this casino really process player withdrawals or just take people money away?????

Today I got a message from this casino, that there were some errors before and they fixed it with a kind apologies. Sent me a new promo. To get 40 free spins on a deposit of 10 credits.Ii said to myself, let me take the chance another time.

I joined 1x2 plus casino only a few days ago. The first time I heard about them was when they got added on AskGamblers and I immediately was interested in them, because their software provider was Netent and because they offered pretty nice welcome bonus. I checked their page and when I saw my country wasn't restricted to play there, I signed up. I did want to speak with their customer service about the welcome bonus, but they were offline, so I just made a 20€ deposit using skrill ewallet.

Since I chose the bonus in the cashier, after the deposit was made I received it immediately. The bonus itself was a 100% match bonus with 30 free spins on Starburst. But the great thing is that the bonus carried only 30x bonus wagering, so since I had made a 20€ deposit, I needed to wager only 600€, which is really an irresistible offer, in my humble opinion.

To see if everything was right and if I'd received the spins, I went to Starburst slot. Indeed I got 30 free spins played on minimum stakes and I won around 4€ from them, which is the amount I thought I would get. They also had 30x wagering, which is separately seen on cashier.

I started to play Twin Spin with around 44€ balance. I didn't have much luck and lost around 20€ in less than 30 minutes. Then I got randomly an error, saying the game is unavailable. I tried to open other Netent slots, but the same issue appeared. I tried also mobile play and Internet Explorer but nothing changed. Then I got really frustrated because if I pay for a service, I want it to be flawless. Also it was the middle of a working day and the live chat was offline the whole time. I wrote them an offline message and luckily they responded to it within few minutes, saying they apologize for the troubles and that they have contacted their tech department about it.

Nothing really changed, but I just tried a few hours later to play on my mobile and finally it worked. I played Twin Spin and had many good winnings, so I was a little upset when a dry run came and I lost all, since I had only about 100€ left to wager.

Overall I didn't have a good time at this casino but it was all because of technical issues. Lobby looked decent and support replied to my emails shortly, but they definitely have room for growth professionalism wise. I did ask if could get a complimentary bonus for all the troubles I went through and they added me 20€ bonus with 50x wager, which was a nice gesture. I might deposit there again, because I like their welcome offers and their wager requirements.

Even I have done the same trick, before depositing all the slots were available when I deposited (fortunately only € 10...) The games were no longer available, are real crooks, casino to avoid!!!!! !!

Just before few hours, software is very slow in spinning and each few min. The games stop so I need to reload it few times, no support online at all... I saw this casino, deposited 20 euros two deposits, while I am playing and after few hours, the games was not available, I think they did it purposely, coz I am still playing at other casinos normally, I sent them the screenshots with a balance of 25.euros.
