The game Selection is good, all the familiar old faithful, but you can find these at the less shady casino, don't play them here.

I literally cannot think of anything else on the positive side to say about this one. Support is awful cannot answer any questions and totally not interested in providing any help

DISLIKED

This is the WORST. After 2 years I finally had a worthy withdrawal, of 3000, they declined and refuse to show me how I violated their bonus rules ( Said I bet too high while on wager requirements ). I am asking to see proof as I do not believe I did this. No answer.

I leveled up to the platinum status, did not receive any Perks, no 50 dollar credit, no spins and although they say in the platinum description that you get a personal account manager, I was told three times this does not exist and to contact support as usual.

They also say faster cash out, HA! I have been waiting 3 days for a piddly 300 cash out, no one will answer me if there ARE any high-level perks to being a client here that are actually real. STAY AWAY. I will be closing all my accounts associated with this company. ( Wild slots, Greenplay, etc )

Do not waste your money here, they won't pay and will not communicate with you either, I plan on opening a complaint here about this issue.

In all my years of playing online casinos, over 10 years, I have never know a casino payout quicker than Magic Red.
Yes, the verification takes a while, but after that I have had withdrawals processed at 4am in the morning and they will be in my account later that day. I have also had withdrawals into my account on Saturday's and Sunday's and also Bank Holidays!
This maybe my banks doing, but as it stands, I have never had another casino pay me as quick as Magic Red.

DISLIKED

Online chat is really slow, and when you do eventually get through to them, it takes that long to answer your question that your session times out and you have to log in again and repeat the whole process.
Megaways games always crash when playing them.
They charge a deposit fee!
You can't search for games or game provider under a certain tab.
50X wagering on most bonuses.

I was asked for verification 2 days after requesting a withdrawal, 4 working days after sending the documents I have just been told they have received them and will now start to process the withdrawal which will take another 3-5 working days! When I complained they told me it's because lots of people had won and I'd just have to wait! Obviously they don't expect people to win. I will be closing my account as soon as the withdrawal is processed. It was only £700, I dread to think how long they would string a large win out for
