In early Nov 2018, I opened an acct at magicred. I deposited 20 euros and started playing (mostly blackjack). At some point I had some questions about money that was deposited in my acct and I was frozen out of the acct. My account sign in is "OllieKubrick".
I was told that someone would get back to me asap to fix what had gone wrong. At the time of the acct freeze there was a balance of 41,64.
I have a series of complaints:
My acct was closed unnecessarily
My account balance was set to 0,00
They never got back to me even 2 months later
Their online help (Laura) was rude and didnt help me at all
I feel that they found some excuse to close my acct so that they wouldnt have to pay out what I was owed.
