I like the huge selection of games, they are fun to play and also the selection of the jackpot games ( lots of different games with many bonuses ) very easy to make a deposit and start playing.

They have a policy for maximum deposit and it's annoying. When I go to a physical casino, they don't tap on my shoulder to say: hey you have gambled too much, you need to leave. I understand that they want to protect the players but I think it's my choice if I want to gamble my money. Almost 2 week's ago, I have contacted my vip host to ask her what document they need from me so I can continue playing there. She asks me for a pay stub and credit card statement that I provide without hesitation. She tell's me that it could take up to 3 business days to review the documents. After almost a week, I sent her an email to ask if she have news for me and no reply from her part... After a few days, I send a second email and still no reply and a few days later, the third email and still the same story. Very very disappointed.

What do you dislike? Some of the lack of deposit limits I wish they would accept neosurf if not already but I am pretty sure they don't accept that and another thing is I wish like they were the oldPlaynow.com website: that once you made a withdrawal and pressed accept then that was it the funds were gone (into your choice of withdrawal method of course) and none of this "Reverse Withdrawal Option" in hopes we can lose our monies and reverse the withdrawal in progress so that they hopefully got us reversing them all that, we don't even end up following thru with our withdrawals; that's the only 'Con' I cant seem to find on this website once its withdrawn that's it till the next two days max when its already in your account and then if you choose to re deposit a bit of money with those funds then go from there other than that I cant find much too wrong with this site at all the payouts are great and fair. Massive selection of games. Has almost all the ones I play, which is rare as generally I was using different sites for different games. Chat are quick and friendly. Nice layout also. Decent bonus with good terms on top of this. Easy to find various areas of account, and history.

5 working days for withdrawal is the worst I have seen anywhere. Currently waiting for first withdrawal and apparently this could be delayed even further as 72 hours for verification documents. Positives currently massively outweigh negative (given its the Only problem) hence sticking with it, but the withdrawal time is quite shocking for today!

Very good customer support, fast with replies and give bonuses.
Game selection is solid, especially for non live-games with good odds like Blackjack surrender.
Fast withdrawals.

Sometimes difficult to deposit by card as it's treating it as a cash withdrawal.
Some Game Shows aren't available.
It would be better if the live game selection was wider.

Great casino, big selection of games, very friendly support staff and great rtp. I signed up took the 100% bonus, deposited £30 got £30 bonus...after about 10 spins on gonzo megaways I got a 5 scatter bonus that paid 2,078x anyway I went onto live chat to cancel bonus and to my surprise, they cancelled the bonus and let me withdraw the cash!! Amazing that they did that. All round great casino and I would recommend it to any new player.

Up to 5 business days for withdrawals is probably the worst in the industry but they do pay so its kind of ok. If you want fast withdrawals this probably isn't the site for you. I'm ok with it but others might not be. To be fair to the casino my withdrawal was paid on the 3rd day early in the morning and it was in my account instantly. No waiting around. I would give 10/10 if the pending period was reduced.

To be fair it's far from the worst site in the world, half decent selection of games, including play n go, red tiger, pragmatic play etc. Feel like its fair and you get a decent chance with the games compared to other casinos around.

Do like the deposit options as not a fan of having to deposit via your bank card so thats a big plus point for me. Casino support is good also phone line is very helpful.

Withdrawals... where to start? The fact that it can take up to 5 business days to process your withdrawal, yes 5 DAYS. Has to be one of the longest processing times out there. Other than that there's not too much to dislike.

Has a ton of games. SUPER FRIENDLY customer service. Hard to get through email but through live chat it’s right away and they are very friendly. Even when I went there every day. My withdrawal took some tome as there was a bit of a hiccup on my end. But I did get the funds in under 2 weeks. It was a large amount so I understand.

Their withdrawal time could be faster, other than that there’s no negativity. I need 150 characters to submit this. Casino is awesome. I’ll be staying with this one!

Reason I like casino.com, site is very easy to navigate through and many games to play. Different types of games, they have available support, who are available to assist with all your questions. Deposits are easily and there are a lot of options to use to make your deposits

However, i dislike strongly the timeframe to cash out.. too long, when u deposit to play it is quick when u want to cash out , your money get held, very dissatisfying, this is gambling and payout should be in real time just like deposits are. Past few days I have spent over $20k .. the cash out of my little winnings still pending till now. I am therefore looking for alternative competitors

Casino.com is a wonderful looking site with plenty of great games to enjoy and can win on.

BUT, let me tell you this, Your withdrawal time is absolutely horrendous.
If I had to rely on my small withdrawal to eat, I would have now collapsed of starvation.
Its a paypal withdrawal, every other online casino I play on can payout within 6 to 12 hours.
You do this in the hope that players reverse their withdrawals as they can't be bothered to wait any longer.
This wrong and just shows greed and selfishness.
Still, I like the site but won't be playing because of this.

Good choice of games, plenty to choose from and the site seems pretty polished on the whole. Nice and east to navigate around and very slick moving from one game to the next etc.

The return on the games from this site genuinely seems to be well below that of other sites? Even taking a game like Bonanza which generally allows you to get a small win every 3-4 spins at least was regularly going 10+ spins without even a small win?
Other games like Book of the Dead also seem void of any sort of wins...
It's not like it's just a one off session here and there either, it's almost every time I go to the site it's just endless dead spins!
In the last week I have played over 3000 spins on Bonanza at stakes between £1-5 and the biggest win was £48 on a £3 stake. No bonus and the scatter, even just G and O were deleted lol - I can't really recommend this site when so many others seem more "alive".

During 3 months I deposited $246,444.00 and withdrew $65,000.00. Almost 26%! Very very poor payout and return to player. In one session I lost 4000$, betting different bets with many spins,
Very lengthy withdrawal process, the 3 times I tried to withdraw money each time took at least 10 days.
In one case I had to complain on askgamblers.com to get my withdrawal finally processed.
My total net loss is 182,000.00 USD I asked for a partial cash back but that was rejected, casino.com reason was that I recived already cashback offer before.

I asked casino.com to share the 20 games I played with the lowest percentage payout but didn’t get a reply to my request.

Conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend casino.com to anyone, period.

Ok so I've a problem after problem with this site, the latest being that I was messaged with a free skin offer on lion spirit so I play my 10fs which are 20p a spin which is £2 worth of spins Which you would think is 40x £2 =£80 so I play an splat and manage ti play what u thought was passed the £80 and I had won £40 sou go to withdraw but I said £0 and under that was the watering I had left to play and my mouth dropped £2800 left to play mean Wooooow, scam or what. Anyway raging at this point due to being a paying customer, regularly, I go onto live chat and ask now eventually she said that wagering requirements roll over to the next bonus which means come off it how does that work and how is that ever gonna be fair gaming haha 😆 so I keep on at her and eventually she told me that players with £0 or £0.01p in thair account are asked ti contact us to reduce thair wagering requirement hahaha noooo never that can't be true surely if it is I'm guessing thair some sort of law against it because its false advertising and misleading and it's not In the t&Cs. Casino.com is part of the Mansion group of casinos, which I believe can be trusted. They run the Playtech software however I noticed lately they acquired so many gaming providers, its not even funny. They have Netent, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Red Tiger gaming and many more. One of the first Playtech casinos I have seen running the software with additional providers. I have seen 1 or 2 other that has Netent, but only that. The website design is nice and easy, however a lot of the menus. They orange of the site gives it a nice look.

I have signed up like 2 years ago, but never bothered to deposit. I have then received an email with a freebie and claimed it. To my surprise I completed wagering and had $70 for withdrawal, the max cash out was $100 with them. I clicked withdrawal and uploaded my documents.

While the withdrawal was pending, I contacted their support, which is actually 24 hours and quick to respond. I like the way they put you on hold and give you clear constructive answers. I enquired can I claim the welcome offer while withdraw is pending and they said yes.

I made deposit of $20 and claimed 200% bonus and 10 spins for a few days, you know how it is with spins being divided over x amount of days. I hate it, but still it was an offer I could not refuse. For some reason I lost everything within 45 minutes and just continued to wait for my withdrawal.

I waited and almost 2 days later my docs for approved, they I had to wait another 3 days of pending and finally on day 4, I was notified it was approved and the money was in my account a few hours later. Almost 6 days in total, however withdrawal verification I think it will take 3 business days maximum.

I like the slot and I play here every now and then, but if you are impatient and cannot wait for withdrawals, then I recommend you actually play some where else, as the pending period is 48 – 72 hours.

They should really get with the times and actually increase their withdrawal time speed. I think they should pay and process withdrawals with 24 hours, I still fail to understand why casinos are still taking more than 24 hours.

Best Casino played on, next day payouts and they never ask for ID once biggest payout was for £1700 and got that next day.

This is by far the best online casino I have ever played. I have never had a problem here since day 1. The live chat people are amazing. They have various deposits and withdrawal methods... and thanks a lot for having EasyEFT method, its easier for us South Africans. I have always received my withdrawals in the said time. I have been joined on casino.com for few months now and I have enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere, they have wonderful customer service, they are helpful to resolve your problem immediately. I have even called them on the phone and they were great even to call me back and follow up on the issue and It was resolved. The withdraw takes about 5 days, but they will pay you. They ask for your verification it is a part of there process as long as you have all information and documentation that it is transparent, you should be ok. Same goes as if you loose a bank card or need one replaced, follow the verification process. Utmost very friendly dealers makes you feel comfortable very relaxing.

The staff are very helpful, probably the best I have dealt with at any casino. I even made a joke one day that made it sound like I may have a problem and the staff member seemed genuinely concerned (got worried I was going to have a ban imposed because of a dumb joke but the heart was in the right place). Really disappointing withdrawal time. I have previously made a withdrawal and was told I was completely verified.. on my second withdrawal was notified (only after I checked with support) that I would need to verify my card (not asked for previously) have now sent but am waiting confirmation of further verification and also still have my withdrawal pending... very disappointing, I had previously sent everything I believed was required.. I am now sat waiting and hoping I receive my funds some time this week... probably going to close my account once my withdrawal is finally processed

I opened an account on Sunday evening after reading good reviews about casino.com. Deposited £100. then £50.00 and then another £50.00 whilst playing Blackjack. Wasn't really feeling it, and decided to call it a day and withdraw funds back to my card when I was at £211.00 (up £11.00)
I was annoyed to receive an email saying it would take up to 4 days to process but took it on the chin. Can't tell you how angry I was to receive an email the next day saying that I now need to provide scans / faxes of photographic id, copies of utility bills and front and back scans of my credit card ! ! Sent an email to customer services who just repeated the demands and also said it was forbidden to deposit money and then withdraw without gameplay ?
I don't know how they thought the money grew by £11.00 without gameplay. I'm furious with them and am taking it to the gaming commission and anyone else relevant to this malpractice. What a shower of crooks

DON'T TAKE THE BONUS. They have one of the worst bonuses out there. I've played on numerous deposits. RNG is unfair. I tried the live roulette, it's blatantly magnetically controlled. Customer service is ok. I was playing with the penny roulette at 0.10 bets, I was at .80 and next thing you know my balance was $60 down. Sebastian.M told me I made a mistake. I religiously watch my bets, I'm not willing to agree I hit the double button 6 times by accident. Even if I did, the bet wouldn't add up, and I would have to of evened it out manually. This Casino is hurting for money, stay away from them.

Games could be fun if they ever paid, I have no other positive experiences with this casino.

Of all the casinos I play this is the biggest RIPOFF of them all, most recently = $200deposit spent in $2 spins total payout = $0.20

Unless you take and agree to their bonuses, you don't win. But if you do, you'll win but you can't withdraw it. When I started with this casino I had won $1500 I could not cash it out until I reached 500, but then they took 100 and offered me 400 then after a week jumping through hoops trying several methods they claimed they could not use the method chosen to try another and returned my withdraw (400 not the full 500) to my casino account.
