Casino.com - Slow verification and waiting for my withdrawal 15 days already

UK/ So I signed up to casino.com on Friday 1st of July 2022. Deposited £20 and won £150 I requested for it to be withdrawn same day. I checked again and was still pending. 6 days later I did try the online verification but clearly didn’t work.

I then contacted them via the live chat 7/07/22 live chat took from 15:47 to 16:47 spoke to 2 different people (was an issue with my email address, accidentally spelt @hotmail.com as @hitmail.com) I then had a phone call to change this with an intrusive phone call with every single detail of my personal details. After the phone call I was told to send my details via email would take 48 hours to be verified and paid, next day Ian replied saying they got everything, then on the 12/07/22 I asked what’s taking so long. So they accepted my bank card but not my driving license or council tax bill (surely if it wasn’t accepted they’d let me know sooner but didn’t)

Next day 13/07/22 I sent a water bill and my driving license in Clear view. Now I won’t know till at least Monday if these have been accepted… It’s taken 2 weeks and a phone call, 2 live chats and 11 emails to try and get my funds, (I have the live chats screen recorded, phone call evidence and the emails) it shouldn’t be this difficult to get paid. I’ve asked to speak to complaints to be ignored twice and always receive an automatic reply ie thanks for sending details we’ll let you know in 48hrs etc

Also upon checking my credit file, which I do every month, they’ve done a soft search on the 1/07/22 so they clearly know I’m a legit person. They also won’t tell me why they’ve searched me. I’ve never had this done by any other casino (I personally find it odd).

I’ve also now had other casinos soft search me since even though I haven’t signed up to them.

Casino.com - Easy to deposit and impossible to withdraw

I made a deposit on casino.com using my Revolut virtual VISA card, which was no problem. I won and finished the terms of condition for the bonus and landed on 28700 NOK which is around 2870 euro. This is when I first attempted to withdraw my money (23rd of July). Following just the regular process, I was asked to verify my account, they approved documents and I tried to trigger a withdraw again. They declined it claiming I cannot withdraw more than what I first deposited with my card (which was 2000 NOK). I spent an hour talking to support to figure out why but I never received a good explanation, just that I should try again, with 2000 NOK. This was also declined with this explanation from support(copied from chat)

"I see here the withdrawal failed because your CC7212 is not supported in Credit Fund Transfer, so our finance department advised if you can request the withdrawal via a different payment method so we can process it".

This is a straight up lie since I've made deposits on other sites and got my withdraw through my card details. I tried explaining this but they just simply denied that it was possible. I tried to make a new deposit with my mastercard instead. Unfortunately they don¨t take mastercard, customers support replied. They then adviced me that the only way possible for them is to send money through ecopayz. Unfortunately ecopayz is banned in norway and I'm norwegian. :)

So.

This site doesn't accept VISA, Mastercard or bank transfer to withdraw money (only to deposit). Chat makes you wait 10 minutes between every message and they straight up lie. I know my card supports Credit fund transfer since I used it on more than 3 different sites successfully after casino.com told me it doesn't.

I find no way of withdrawing my money, they told me that they would contact me if like a new method to withdraw funds is presented but since it's been about 2 months now I have no hope of ever getting my money.

Avoid this site at all cost they will never let you withdraw any money you deposit.

I like the huge selection of games, they are fun to play and also the selection of the jackpot games ( lots of different games with many bonuses ) very easy to make a deposit and start playing.

They have a policy for maximum deposit and it's annoying. When I go to a physical casino, they don't tap on my shoulder to say: hey you have gambled too much, you need to leave. I understand that they want to protect the players but I think it's my choice if I want to gamble my money. Almost 2 week's ago, I have contacted my vip host to ask her what document they need from me so I can continue playing there. She asks me for a pay stub and credit card statement that I provide without hesitation. She tell's me that it could take up to 3 business days to review the documents. After a few days, I send a second email and still no reply and a few days later, the third email and still the same story. Very very disappointed.

What do you dislike? Some of the lack of deposit limits I wish they would accept neosurf if not already but I am pretty sure they don't accept that and another thing is I wish like they were the oldPlaynow.com website: that once you made a withdrawal and pressed accept then that was it the funds were gone (into your choice of withdrawal method of course) and none of this "Reverse Withdrawal Option" in hopes we can lose our monies and reverse the withdrawal in progress so that they hopefully got us reversing them all that, we don't even end up following thru with our withdrawals; that's the only 'Con' I cant seem to find on this website once its withdrawn that's it till the next two days max when its already in your account and then if you choose to re deposit a bit of money with those funds then go from there other than that I cant find much too wrong with this site at all the payouts are great and fair. Massive selection of games. Has almost all the ones I play, which is rare as generally I was using different sites for different games. Chat are quick and friendly. Nice layout also. Decent bonus with good terms on top of this. Easy to find various areas of account, and history.

5 working days for withdrawal is the worst I have seen anywhere. Currently waiting for first withdrawal and apparently this could be delayed even further as 72 hours for verification documents. Positives currently massively outweigh negative (given its the Only problem) hence sticking with it, but the withdrawal time is quite shocking for today!

Very good customer support, fast with replies and give bonuses.
Game selection is solid, especially for non live-games with good odds like Blackjack surrender.
Fast withdrawals.

Sometimes difficult to deposit by card as it's treating it as a cash withdrawal.
Some Game Shows aren't available.
It would be better if the live game selection was wider.

Great casino, big selection of games, very friendly support staff and great rtp. I signed up took the 100% bonus, deposited £30 got £30 bonus...after about 10 spins on gonzo megaways I got a 5 scatter bonus that paid 2,078x anyway I went onto live chat to cancel bonus and to my surprise, they cancelled the bonus and let me withdraw the cash!! Amazing that they did that. All round great casino and I would recommend it to any new player.

Up to 5 business days for withdrawals is probably the worst in the industry but they do pay so its kind of ok. If you want fast withdrawals this probably isn't the site for you. I'm ok with it but others might not be. To be fair to the casino my withdrawal was paid on the 3rd day early in the morning and it was in my account instantly. No waiting around. I would give 10/10 if the pending period was reduced.

Best Casino played on, next day payouts and they never ask for ID once biggest payout was for £1700 and got that next day.

I have been joined on casino.com for few months now and I have enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere, they have wonderful customer service, they are helpful to resolve your problem immediately. I have even called them on the phone and they were great even to call me back and follow up on the issue and It was resolved. The withdraw takes about 5 days, but they will pay you. They ask for your verification it is a part of there process as long as you have all information and documentation that it is transparent, you should be ok. Same goes as if you loose a bank card or need one replaced, follow the verification process. Utmost very friendly dealers makes you feel comfortable very relaxing.

The staff are very helpful, probably the best I have dealt with at any casino. I even made a joke one day that made it sound like I may have a problem and the staff member seemed genuinely concerned (got worried I was going to have a ban imposed because of a dumb joke but the heart was in the right place). They even helped me deal with an issue j was having with a third party payment processor when it prob would have been in their bottom lines best interest to do otherwise.

Decent promos running all the time and a loyalty point system worth something.

Shout out to Ben K. My boy on the front lines of the live chat (haha but they are all really great honestly)

Not an amazing veriety although recently has inproved leaps and bounds. It would be a 10/10 if they added a few more premium developers.
