I like the huge selection of games, they are fun to play and also the selection of the jackpot games ( lots of different games with many bonuses ) very easy to make a deposit and start playing.

They have a policy for maximum deposit and it's annoying. When I go to a physical casino, they don't tap on my shoulder to say: hey you have gambled too much, you need to leave. I understand that they want to protect the players but I think it's my choice if I want to gamble my money. Almost 2 week's ago, I have contacted my vip host to ask her what document they need from me so I can continue playing there. She asks me for a pay stub and credit card statement that I provide without hesitation. She tell's me that it could take up to 3 business days to review the documents. After almost a week, I sent her an email to ask if she have news for me and no reply from her part... What do you dislike? Massive selection of games. Has almost all the ones I play, which is rare as generally I was using different sites for different games. Chat are quick and friendly. Nice layout also. Decent bonus with good terms on top of this. Easy to find various areas of account, and history.

5 working days for withdrawal is the worst I have seen anywhere. Currently waiting for first withdrawal and apparently this could be delayed even further as 72 hours for verification documents. The staff are very helpful, probably the best I have dealt with at any casino. I even made a joke one day that made it sound like I may have a problem and the staff member seemed genuinely concerned (got worried I was going to have a ban imposed because of a dumb joke but the heart was in the right place). They even helped me deal with an issue j was having with a third party payment processor when it prob would have been in their bottom lines best interest to do otherwise.

Really disappointing withdrawal time. I have previously made a withdrawal and was told I was completely verified.. on my second withdrawal was notified (only after I checked with support) that I would need to verify my card (not asked for previously) have now sent but am waiting confirmation of further verification and also still have my withdrawal pending... very disappointing, I had previously sent everything I believed was required.. I opened an account on Sunday evening after reading good reviews about casino.com. Deposited £100. then £50.00 and then another £50.00 whilst playing Blackjack. Wasn't really feeling it, and decided to call it a day and withdraw funds back to my card when I was at £211.00 (up £11.00)
I was annoyed to receive an email saying it would take up to 4 days to process but took it on the chin. Can't tell you how angry I was to receive an email the next day saying that I now need to provide scans / faxes of photographic id, copies of utility bills and front and back scans of my credit card ! ! Sent an email to customer services who just repeated the demands and also said it was forbidden to deposit money and then withdraw without gameplay ?

DON'T TAKE THE BONUS. They have one of the worst bonuses out there. I've played on numerous deposits. RNG is unfair. I tried the live roulette, it's blatantly magnetically controlled. Customer service is ok. I was playing with the penny roulette at 0.10 bets, I was at .80 and next thing you know my balance was $60 down. Sebastian.M told me I made a mistake. Of all the casinos I play this is the biggest RIPOFF of them all, most recently = $200deposit spent in $2 spins total payout = $0.20

Unless you take and agree to their bonuses, you don't win. But if you do, you'll win but you can't withdraw it. When I started with this casino I had won $1500 I could not cash it out until I reached 500, but then they took 100 and offered me 400 then after a week jumping through hoops trying several methods they claimed they could not use the method chosen to try another and returned my withdraw (400 not the full 500) to my casino account.

Worst customer service ever!!!!

After my first deposit I did not receive a welcome bonus. After chat they told me that I was not entitled to the bonus because I used Neteller. I had to use this because banktransfer did not work and Paypal was not available. Nevertheless according to them I had to use that to get the bonus. After a long chat the only thing they could offer was a 10 euro on my account and a new reload bonus.... As a frequent player I never ever been handled like this.

Good collection of slot games including some netent games too

Been member since 2006. Lately this casino has become extremely greedy. No benefit to be a VIP if you don't loose thousands euros per month. Ridiculous bonus offers for example max 25-50% deposit bonus or useless free spins. Stay away from this greedy casino. There are 100x better playtech casinos that reward their players even those who don't bet big!

The software is ok and the layout is ok.I really don't have much else good to say

I deposited here and played my bonus money. I made one request from live chat and she told me whats what. I never made any attempts to withdraw money here but I got an email asking for papers and id. They stated that I have 7 days to comply or they will close my account. I have never been asked for this in all of the 50 casinos I played. I have withdrawn money and I have spent lots of money. I think this is an attempt to discourage me as a player because I had 200 spins on a daily divided by 20 spins per day. To make things worse it is a personal request 'for me' and not all players for no reason whatsoever.

180 days for you or other players but 7 days for me. Why me? Not at all happy and will never play here again. I don't know how they got so many 5 stars. Worst $50 bucks I ever spent

Alot of good play tech games, quick smooth running site with a good layout. After reading negative reviews I was sceptical about whether or not I'd receive the 120pound withdrawal I'd made via PayPal, alot of people saying they struggled to get paid however after a few days pending I checked my account to see my money had been processed and my PayPal account had been credited. Absolutely no problem so I would have to say this site is trustworthy and reliable

The withdrawal system is not the best and you should have an option to upload documents via the site. 3 days pending is a long time to wait but if you don't mind waiting then go for it because as I mentioned previously this site is reliable and trustworthy

Games look nice. Apparently I need to write more in the box, problem is, I honestly don't have anything more to say on the positive side of things. This company/software is a con and a rip-off.

If you watch closely, you'll see that the games are charging more than advertised. For example you'll make a $5 bet which takes the money out of your balance, then when you lose another $5 will come out of your balance. I like playing craps, and their game is rigged, I've never seen so many 7s. Every time I play the game goes through stages where I place a point, then the next roll is a 7. This happens 4 to 5 times in a row, before I'll get a 6 to 7 dice run. But never more than 6 or 7 before another 7-out. I bought in with a 100% bonus, I figured the bonus money got spent first, I was wrong. So I went to cash out and it said that all my funds were gone and only bonus money was left. Anyway, this place is a total rip-off. Don't waste your time or money.

Their virtual roulette took 250 pounds with ZERO payout over 15 spins each covering at least 30% of the wheel. Maybe bad luck, maybe something more to it?

ID verification is a nightmare, they state up to 72 hours where in fact it took little over a week. Free spins worth of 40 pounds which I was entitled to were rejected as they have expired - where as my account was locked due to the verification process, which was delayed by them. How convenient. Was NOT offered a compensation.

Will not be returning, stay away.

Fun Casino with a good variety of games and bonuses.

Very slow on payout. I withdrew £ 100 and they asked for my drivers license which I provided and they approved. 4 days later the money is still sitting in casino saying "waiting" . I contacted support they told me it takes up to 8 working days for it to be processed. Well other casinos I play on pay out within 1-3 days. The customer service person was rude and said I needed a little patience. Well I wont put any money into this casino ever again.

the selection of games is not bad and the design of the site is good. But nothing special.

Support is not good. Tell you they have live chat but they don't. They have technical problems. I waiting now for 1 week to enter my account but still not working because they have technical issues and the support can't even help me. I write them 3 times and they tell every time how to log in. LOL. Maybe they think I'm stupid at all. Why they have a support if they do nothing.
