Good Day AskGamblers
The amount is 7000Zar.
I have made the withdrawal request on the 1st May 2020. Today is the 7th of May and my withdrawal is still pending.

I would really appreciate it if you can help.

This is unacceptable and a violation of Casino.com pending time.

I have contacted support twice already with no joy at all

I have login and saw my withdrawal is still pending 8days.

Their response due to the Global Crisis?

So I fell victim to their tactics to ensure you play your winnings and cancelled my withdrawal and lost it all.

In my opinion this is a violation to the Responsible Gambling Act and would like to take it futher than this platform.

I would suggest Casino.com refund me my winnings due to unethical business and Violation of the Responsible Gambling Act.

I am sure that they are doing this on purpose and Gamblers fall victim to this tactic.

I would really appreciate your help in this regard.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
