Initially i thought I liked the fact that I could play real money casino games on a legitimate platform. They do have a large variety of games to play.

I dislike absolutely everything about this site. Everything that they do is deceitful, unethical & it does not equal to a favorable outcome for the customer. Its easy to deposit your money but you can best believe that they will try every scheme, scam & dishonest tactic NOT to pay you if you win. First getting verified for withdrawal will be an issue, then another excuse or stall tactic like they told me I couldn't withdraw in Bitcoin I had to do a wire transfer. So then I did that & I get told they don't do business with my bank, the same bank that the deposit came from. Then they completely stole my entire $2,500 winnings & tried to tell me that I should've read the terms & conditions when they change them constantly in order to create a situation to steal your winnings. I also dislike the fact that this is obviously a common practice of theirs because you will see hundreds of complaints about these exact same payment delay or non payment issues. Most importantly, I don't like the fact that they think they can steal from customers, cheat people out of their hard-earned money & then talk crap like they're above the law. To sum it up, I dislike the fact that this site still operates because they are crooks

They are very slow on payments. I got approved for withdrawal since May. I still haven’t received my money. I’m getting in touch with the customer service, they say they deposited my money. I don’t believe they did, very disappointed, I will never play again on this casino.

Very,very slow payouts.You can wait a month for your withdrawal to be approved. Then 2 weeks to send it to you. Nothing. You win and you will never see a payout. Minimum deposit was 100 with no rules. The no rules were nice until you try to actually get the payout if you win. I was blocked from bonuses or coupons for a year because I complained it took a month and a half to get my 1st payout and then they sent it to the wrong place and it took longer. Regret the decision to give them another chance to make it right.

I had this issue before but figured I would give them another try. Big mistake. They get mad when you question why they not following their own payout guidelines. On day 9 of escalated payout. Will never recommend to a friend not worth the hassle. I hope to see my payout before my 100th birthday. Beware you will regret playing here. So many better options.

Not trustworthy. Their “no deposit” bonuses they offer aren’t really no deposit bonuses and their stipulations/rules aren’t actually their “rules” since they change them whenever they feel like it.

I was shown at least two different guidelines for their bonuses. One said the max cash out bonus was $100. However, upon my first cash out attempt I was offered a link on how to make sure everything goes smoothly so nothing gets messed up. I read the entire page which clearly states the max cash out on a no deposit bonus is $180.

I cashed out my $180, after the required $10 deposit and was sent $90 something dollars.

So not only did they ignore their $180 max cash out rule as posted on their own website, they then didn’t even pay me the full $100 bonus they claim is the “real” max cash out.

It’s easy to say this experience has been absolutely awful and I will make sure I never use this casino again.

Unless of course I want to blindly give someone my money and cross my fingers they hold up their end of the bargain instead of basically telling me to shove off after I met all of their listed guidelines for a cash out.

Beware that If you win a few times on a bonus they raise the amount you have to deposit in order to play with another bonus.
