Slots of Vegas is a vibrant online casino with both a downloadable and instant-play casino client. Although they were once blacklisted for slow payment issues, they have since found their way back into the main AskGamblers index. The casino uses games from the Real Time Gaming platform. Slots of Vegas is licensed in Costa Rica.

No Longer Blacklisted

We're happy to say that, after three years of being on the AskGamblers blacklist, Slots of Vegas has emerged back onto the main listings. Their history of slow payment with the rest of the Virtual Group casinos landed them in the blacklist after they failed to work with us to resolve disputes. However, they are now incredibly helpful in the complaints process and have resolved virtually all issues lodged against them.

Games

The largest category of games at Slots of Vegas are the slots. In fact, they feature one of the largest video slot libraries around. All of the games have their own particular look and feel, as well as a variety of features and paytables. These include Mayan Queen slot, Bunko Bonanza slot, Caesar's Empire slot, Haunted Opera slot, and Green Light slot. The casino also offers a selection of three-reel slots, including Diamond Mine Deluxe slot with a progressive jackpot.

If you're interested in playing table games, Slots of Vegas has plenty for you to choose from. In addition to several different blackjack variants, Slots of Vegas features four types of roulette (including Multiplayer Roulette), baccarat, red dog, war, Three Card Poker, craps, and others.

Video poker lovers also have a wide range of games to choose from. Whether you're looking for the most popular variants like Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, and Joker Poker, or more unusual ones like Double Double Jackpot Poker and Pick 'Em Poker, Slots of Vegas has it. All of the games come with an easy-to-use, customizable interface with bet sizes ranging from just a quarter all the way up to $5 per coin.

Support

Slots of Vegas provides its players with a dedicated support team. If you need assistance, you can contact them through a variety of different methods. For most inquiries, the fastest is through the 24/7 live chat service available through the Slots of Vegas website or downloadable software. You can also give them a call with their international or toll-free US phone number, or send them an email and get a response within 24 hours.

Security and Fairness

Slots of Vegas continues to provide a safe environment for online gaming. In fact, their network is one of the most secure in the online gaming world. By enabling 128-bit SSL encryption, Slots of Vegas is able to virtually eliminate the risk of you losing your sensitive information to cyberthieves.

As one of the largest gaming platforms in the world, RTG is well-known to be fair. Slots of Vegas demonstrates this with an audit seal from TST, one of the largest independent randomness testing firms around. You can see this seal at the bottom of the Slots of Vegas website, although it does not link to a full certificate.

-Large selection of games. Big bonuses at first and if you don't win a lot after that.
-I have won before.
-Years ago I remember the customer service being picky, which is ok, we solved it then because they were also concise and could communicate. Now they just seem unable to communicate properly, almost like a flawed AI, not to mention taking forever, or just not responding at all.
-Payouts take months at least. (2-3 on average to be approved, longer to receive in my experience). My most recent payout was requested in April, still waiting.. dealing with 'customer service' reps who fail to process my documents properly (or at all), multiple "agents" asking for the same thing, none communicating effectively. Ihave sent the required documents multiple times, and I know what is appropriate because I have been dealing with this casino group for over a decade and have been approved multiple times before.
-After playing with them for over a decade they abruptly took all of my bonuses away, which was pretty much my entire incentive to play here.

When recommending a gaming site to friends I don't see how Slots of Vegas is on anyone's list, unless it's a blacklist of places to stay away from. There are now a plethora of places that don't require the litany of intrusive documentation they insist upon and many that process BTC withdrawals in under 24 hours. SoV just is not on par with the industry anymore.

I like that I actually won. Making a deposit was very easy. Getting it back is another story
I dislike that the casino does everything it can to make a withdraw impossible. I requested a small $100. Withdraw on June 2. It took until June 30th for it to be aporoved. I had to send my documentation three times before they admitted to having them. I requested a bitcoin withdraw, which can be done in seconds. It is July 5. I contacted the casino and asked them for the status. I was told that I had to wait 10-15 business days, but it might be more. Don't waste your money.

Username peralta23 I enjoy playing this online casino more than I like going to the casino here in my own town. I've won a fair amount of money and continue winning. It's either your luck or not. I have my ups and downs but I can say that this casino pays out. You just gotta be lucky and take advantage of their bonuses. Good luck every one.
Sometimes that communication isn't that great but you do get paid and that's what count.
Thanks slots of vegas.

I submitted about 8 withdrawal requests from end of December 2016 thru middle of February 2017. I have only been paid for one, and I'm talking about thousands of dollars. No response to email, voice messages, and when I chat with customer service all they say is they will submit "forms" to escalate the issue. I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get paid since it's now almost June 2017!! Was told I was no longer a VIP player because I had won too much - will not play here again even if I ever do get my winnings

The variety of games are awesome. They come up with new ones all the time.
They take forever for payouts. Not only did I wait from Dec 1st 2016 for my cash out to February 15th 2017 to get my check. (They kept saying they needed a utility bill which I sent in 5 times to 4 different emails, the whole month of December.) It was drawn in US funds, but off a Canadian bank. (Have had cash out before was American bank) SO I wasn't expecting this. It was delayed at my bank for 45 more days due to being a Canadian bank. No one ever told me it was not going to be a US bank. SOOOOOO, next time if I ever get brave enough to put my money in there casino. I will get a wire transfer. Cause you never know where the check will be from.

Nothing, their support is awful, and the design of the site is terrible. The most simple parts of web design were cone completely wrong.
I do A LOT of online gambling and I have never come across a site as bad as this.I could not even get on the casino. It asked me to verify me e-mail and sent me an e-mail to confirm.I immediately go to my e-mail and click on the verification link and it brings me to an error message saying that I need to verify my e-mail..... what? Did this 5 times and still never worked. Maybe someday it would have worked but this is just a terribly designed website, I can't even imagine what the game play would have been like. I spend thousands on online casinos and when I tried to do a live chat to help the person on the other end was terribly rude. Do not use this online casino.

First off, let me just say, I play on a few different casino websites. (Chumba Casino, Ignition Casino etc, just to name a few) The Games that Slots of Vegas offers are great. 3 Reel and 5 Reel for the most part. Some 3D games. A bunch of Table Games (I usually only play slots) Decent wage bet options. (some casinos only have $2/$5/$10.) SOV offers as low as $0.20 up to $2.50/$5/$6.25 and than UP to who knows where. LOL. The website all in all has some good variety and Slot machines.

They offer online (mac/windows) and download on windows. (I use a mac, so I've never played other than online) They have different levels and you get a $100 free chip when you receive a certain stage. The give out chips every 100 points. (its obviously easier the lower your point level is, and gets harder with time) All in all, it would be a great website for online Gambling, if....
Oh Gosh, this is where the site sucks BIG time. The payout process is beyond every other website I have played on. I understand that some sites take longer than others. (I use a website called chumba casino, their games aren't as good, but it only takes 1-2 days to get paid. using paypal, its simple and fast)But with Slots of Vegas, it takes forever. You need to keep emailing/calling them, asking about your check. (you don't get a hold of a person via the phone often, so emailing and chatting is best, but its rare that you get a knowledgeable person to communicate with in the first place) Their websites states that it takes 5-10 business days for the check to process and another 5-10 days business days to be sent out, Don't think they actually follow that timeline. I'm not sure how they calculate their time frame, but just assume that they will always have an excuse as to why the check hasn't been sent out yet, and why its taking so long. Eventually you will get paid, but just be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks (40 business days, not 10-20 like advertised) for a check. (max withdrawal is $2500/week, they do tend to bunch a few checks together for you)
Good luck! LOL

The available games are the only thing that I like.
PLEASE BEWARE!!! GO anywhere else.. The process to withdraw any money is super slow. To speak with a knowledgeable customer service agent is almost impossible. I had a terrible experience with a man names Oscar. VERY RUDE!!ID# 2526..

I was only calling in to check the status of my pending 10 day withdrawal.. Oscar response was very arrogant, he stated that my account was closed because the system flagged an identical name. Why not ask for ID or something to prove the mistake but no..

Oscar continued to tell me that I was ignorant and he can only close the acct and just play for free.. I asked for a manager and was told by Oscar that one was not available.. I would not recommend this site to anyone looking to enjoy their experience.

Try somewhere else.. Please Beware. You have been warned..

I liked the no deposit bonus I got and the slots they have. That was before I played the slots in other casinos.
What a long and painful withdrawal process!

If you ever won and requested a withdrawal from a European Casinos that usually just takes 24 - 73 hours (even if it is a win from a no deposit bonus). You will never play at Slots of Vegas again.

The games are pretty entertaining. I like the bonuses and the free chip after so many plays. I have been lucky a few times here. I have probably spend more than what I won though.
The payouts are very long. I would think since I have had some payouts with them before it would an easier process. This payout that I am waiting on is taking longer than my first payout. And it took almost a month to get approved. I will update this once I finally get paid for my winnings.

- Very generous bonus offers.
- Friendly support staff who stay calm and helpful also when they seem to be challenged by a lot of chats simultaneously.
- High payout rate at the slots - in combination with their genuine match bonus offers you get a chance to gamble AND stay in the black numbers.

I gave Slots of Vegas a chance after I read that they had issues in the past, but were trying to improve. So I tried my first freechip and busted. Later on I did a few deposits, using their match - no - rules bonus (which is a real usp for this group since you are not forced to fulfill extremely difficult wagering requirements before you can cashout and you are not limited in the amount you can withdraw from a single deposit - its just a question of time since you are limited at a weeks max cashout of 2000-2500).

I cashed out several times 4 digit amounts and also met the wagering requirements of the one and the other free chip.

As the Bonus offers raise your chances to win a serious amount by far, it is okay for me to calculate a certain time, till I receive my winnings, when requesting a withdrawal. Of course often tempted by hitting the reversal button and try to play it up again a bit. ;-.)

Cashouts were always processed in time - sometimes quicker than, they promise. since they offer Neteller it is also free of charge.

I am happy that I started playing at this group. SoV is a good choice, if you can agree to their t&c which from my pov are fair.

I only play slots - never tried table games or live casino. ;-) - my favorite is Triple Twister because of its extreme high variance. Had some really cool hits on it.
- Pending period is very long, however that's acceptable since the bonus offers are absolutely outstanding.

- RTG video slots are nice, however they don't offer overwhelming sound effects and visual stimulation like MG or Netent - they offer kind of a reduce to the max gambling entertainment. ;-)
The only thing I like about this casino is the zero-waging match bonus.
After winning for the first time, they took away the zero-waging match bonus and say I was too good for their casino. Too good? Slots is just lucky day.

Second, the worst of all, they keep splitting withdraws so they can prolong the time to approve and payout to you in addition, they can charge you more for processing fees.

And worst of all, slowww payment. Took months to pay. Stay away from this casino, there are more out there. My ratting is F minus.

Don't give Slots of Vegas a bit of your money.Entirely too long to pay!! (Over a month) The timely manner to get paid is ridiculous!I had 2 withdrawals that happened to be 1 day after another. I waited 13 business days before the first was approved. My so called host told me the next one would be approved 10-15 business days after the first approval. I should have learned my lesson the first time.No other casino does this crap. I play many other casinos and have had several withdrawals back to back. They were paid at the same time. These other casinos approve and pay within 10-15 business days and that's fine. But do not waste your time or money at Slots of Vegas.
