Bitcoin withdrawal approved on October 1st - still unpaid
I am filing this complaint against Slots of Vegas Casino regarding my $1,016 Bitcoin withdrawal, which was submitted on September 23, 2026, and approved on October 1, 2026, at 6:09 AM (Master ID #140222990).
My difficulties began on September 19, when I experienced repeated verification issues involving my identification and payment information. I complied with the casino's requests and have contacted customer support numerous times since then.
Despite my withdrawal being approved, I have received no payment, no blockchain transaction ID (TXID), and no confirmed release date. I have accumulated at least six support cases and have repeatedly been told to wait another 24–72 hours.
On October 15, a casino representative, Fredrick Jameson, confirmed my withdrawal was approved October 1 and stated that payments generally take approximately 7–10 business days after approval, with possible additional delays.
On October 16, live chat representative Adam Volnov explicitly confirmed that my Bitcoin had not been sent and that the payment timeframe had already been exceeded. He stated that he escalated my withdrawal to the relevant department but would not provide an escalation reference number or a specific payment date. He instructed me to return in another 24–48 hours for an update and subsequently closed the chat.
I have been patient, complied with the verification process, and repeatedly attempted to resolve this directly with the casino. Unfortunately, I continue to receive vague assurances instead of payment.
I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining the immediate release of my approved $1,016 Bitcoin withdrawal. I would also like the casino to provide written confirmation of the payment and a valid blockchain transaction ID once the funds have been sent.
I have screenshots of my withdrawal approval, correspondence, support conversations, and the representative's acknowledgment that the payment is overdue and remains unsent. I can provide these as supporting evidence.
