Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.

It was fun while it lasted. Like any casino, a player may find 20% of the slots like enjoy. Chat agents are always available and friendly. I started playing here because of the bonuses and better than going to the real casino during the pandemic.

I started playing here in July, opening an int'l account in August for int'l wires. I play maybe 2x a week, won 4 times with an avg. $600 deposit after fees except for $100 from a loyalty bonus. Not a high roller & not breaking the bank. Customer service said this is automated and it is time sensitive, she can't tell me when the bonuses will return but they are working on changing it. This casino has fun games to play and always someone in chat available. Great bonuses w/small playthrough and they give you comp points and cash back.

All the terms and conditions. Please read everything prior to playing. I received $200 comp points from one of the bonuses and ended up turning that into $5,000. When I tried to cash out, all was voided minus the $200. There was a large playthrough off the comp points and and a max amount you can cash out which was $200. It's pointless to play because if you win big and make it through the playthrough, you're not getting the money. Don't get too excited about it.

This next comment is based on whether or not they will accept my withdrawal. A day after losing the $5,000 above, I deposited $285 into my account and made sure I had zero comp points and my account was at zero to start. I ended up winning off that up to $8,000. I decided to cash out, but right before I decided to do that, I ended up taking out my $71 in comp points from the 6 hours I was playing. I reached out to chat to make sure everything was ok with my withdrawals and they said all my money would probably be void due to the restrictions of using comp points. It's in the terms and conditions, however, I didn't notice that until after chatting with one of their team members. To go from zero comp points to 7125 ($71), it takes a VERY long time. I was already up in winnings to around $7,500 PRIOR to deciding to take my comp points.. That's frowned upon and they can use that as an excuse to void all winnings. I haven't heard back from the account manager yet, but I'm fearing the worst. What player would ever risk losing $8,000 by taking out $71 in comp points? Had I known that little rule, I would NOT have touched the comp points and just did my withdrawal the normal way. I've been a long time player and VIP 4 level, so you'd think they would work with me on this. I wish I could speak to Tawni about this as she helps everyone on the complaints side here. At least she can give me the details of where my winnings were at during the time I decided to use comp points. I feel I should at least get those winnings. But there's no way to speak to her and the chat person just argues with you. If not, I will never play on the site again and my money will go elsewhere (which they've received a lot of my money over the years). I'll update my review once I hear back, but for now...not rating them very high. I'm hoping for the best and that their team will notice my winnings prior to the comp points.

A lot of winnings. I enjoy loyalty bonuses. Customer service chats are enjoyable because they are polite and take goid care of me with VIP bonuses. They take the time to explain.

Support is very slow with payouts. Make sure before you start playing, you find out what banks they use to transfer your winnings. They told me that I could not use my bank for wire transfer, so I changed my withdrawals to checks. Lets see what happens. I have been trying to redeem money for two weeks now. They always find something wrong. Then when I email them, they take forever to respond. Once I receive my winnings. I will decide if I will play again.

Very, very slow payouts. Horrible customer service. Same response every time. It's been a week, but still have not got the payout I requested. Go to Slotslv to play instead. They pay out in less than 5 days and you don't get the run around!

I’ve been playing it for quite a bit now, it was enjoying at first but when I win some money I withdraw and still haven’t got it and now I can’t even log in in to my account. Keep resetting the password but right after I reset my password it still won’t let me log in and now I don’t know if I’m gonna get my winnings or not. I think this game only like to take money and when you actually win all of a sudden there’s a glitch.

Non cooperative slow action. Been resetting my password for about 2 days now. Email the costumer support, still haven’t got any answer. And yet didn’t even get my winnings.

I submitted my first withdrawal request on 4/7 the customer support did not record it until the 14th. It is now 4/20 and my withdrawals are still pending and the support team with not give me an update. Very poor customer services. When it comes to taking the money they are quick.

I was playing on SlotsOfVegas for about an 1.5 hours when my screen started to glitch. After it quit glitching it would have me log in over and over. Finally, I contacted customer service for the first time since being introduced to this casino and they told me because I had hit a couple of jackpots apparently they had to block me because it was unfair to the other players. I was restricted after depositing and winning a couple of jackpots UNINTENTIONALLY?! Why play if you can't win?

It’s been 7 weeks, can’t get my payout of my winnings. Every time I “chat” with someone I get a different excuse. They made me open a new bank account even though they had no problem taking my money and after I did they said that bank won’t work either. Slots of Vegas has a good variety of games and some great bonus's to choose from. They do have a lengthy period on verifying and getting your documentation approved. You will have to jump through some hoops. But in the end they've always paid my winnings.

If you play here or at any of slots of Vegas's sister casinos and win. Plan on waiting anywhere from 3 weeks to 2+ months to be paid. I have always been paid, but it is lengthy and live chat/email support just say they"ll escalate your case to get your winnings paid but nothing ever happens. Also If you win they will opt you out all of their bonus's that even make playing here worth the trouble so boo.

I did like the games for the most part. However, they do not pay much on the $1.00 sometimes only a few cents. Pretty cheap if you ask me.

They made it difficult to collect any winnings and I did win and ended up playing it back because I could not access their verification system. ACTUALLY. This game is restricted in the USA but no one told me that. They just kept on taking my money. What a mess. Guess I will stay off this site. Wonder if there is any way to get back some of my money. They knew I was from the USA and never said anything. They should not have accepted my money. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS....
