Worst casino livehelp I have ever come across,, Sarah (livehelp Agent) misadvised me and ended up costing me hours of wasted play... The issue was then confirmed by Sebastian (livehelp Agent)... Both of these livehelp agents were not authorised to make the decision they made which was then reversed by management.. I first registered an account on Sincity casino almost a year ago. I was first interested to it because of its name since it reminds me Las Vegas and also the movie with the same name is one of my favorites. The website looked ok, nothing special but nothing bad either. Lately they changed their casino site and I believe it is better than it was.

Sincity has some slots providers including slots form my favorite NetEnt and Microgaming. The wagering requirements when I took the bonus was a bit high 25 times the deposit and the bonus amount seems very high to me, I would better prefer if it was 40 times the bonus amount in order to have better chances to complete the wager. I believe they have changed their wager requirements for this bonus now to 45 times the bonus amount which is better than the previous.

I decided to give this casino a chance and to try its services. I wanted to deposit with paysafe card because my e wallet was empty then but after 2-3 tries where the transaction failed I contacted the live chat which told me that they had problems with this deposit method at that moment and I should try another deposit method. Sin city casino owned by russian guys, and they appear few years ago as a casino with unique software from oryx or something like this. They give bonus for this games, and i lost it without any chances. Now they had microgaming and netent games, and sending a lot of spam, and i decide to give them a try.

Before starting to share my experience, i would like to admit that this casino send me a lot of spam as to affiliate, even that i never was their affiliate, but i already get 5 emails from them when they invite me to promote their casino, 3 on russian, and two on english. This is more than stupid.

That's more work to take off than the common 30x!

So with that in mind the total wagers for withdrawal needed was $40 my deposit + $60 bonus x 35x = $3500! That's $500 worth of labour to put in then $3000 of wagers had the terms have been 30x only! The bonus was automatic so I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need support to claim the bonus. Some of the problems I went through are some languages appearing in Russian, I would sometimes have problems trying to interpret the words but luckily I used my browsers aid to make the transition for me :) . Yes, the lazy way works effectively ;) .
