In the last 3 months I've been playing a lot in RTG casinos and I'm always eager to try a new one. I read somewhere that Lock casino is really exquisite, sophisticated, so I decided to join them and see it for myself.

I downloaded the software because the flash play for some unknown reason didn't work. I signed up and got a welcome email from them, but when I wanted to sign in, a window came up, saying I need to enter verification code. I was confused, because I didn't get any text message with a code or email with it. I decided to wait till next day, in case there was some kind of delay and I get the email later.

I checked my mail next day and there wasn't anything new from Lock casino, I still couldn't login to my profile so I went to their casino page. I couldn't contact the live chat, I was given only email us option. Out of curiosity I tried to login through flash play and I don't know why or how, but it worked. So weird, since I couldn't login through download..

I made a 30$ deposit which is the minimum amount. With that I went to play table games, because I mostly don't do that. I played 3 card poker and unfortunately I didn't have much luck with it, as I usually do with table games. I placed 1$ bets and lost 20$ within half an hour. After that I switched to Letem Ride. I placed 1$ bets and didn't win even one single time and got bust very soon.I guess it wasn't my lucky time there.

I really like the overall look of the casino, it looks glamorous, but there was something missing for me. I had some technical problems, I couldn't login to download version, I couldn't contact the live chat and in the flash play the variety of games was too little. So I think there's just too many cons for me to make another deposit there.

Their website is excellent, they give fantastic bonuses pretty much whenever you ask for one, and though livechat seems to never be available, they respond incredibly quickly to email.

That being said, a casino site can have all of the positive qualities you can think of and it still doesn't amount to anything if they do not make their payouts. I have deposited thousands and thousands of dollars at Lock. I finally requested a single, modest payout of $2000 more then 3 months ago! I was told the standard payout time was 8-10 weeks, which is crazy. Nonetheless, I patiently waited that amount of time, and still nothing! This is complete and utter BS and something needs to be done about it.

I think this casino also has a separate poker room and from their only someone had told me about this casino and then i found out about them . I have always been a fan of Real time gaming and i think they have now really got a good name for them and are considered one of the best in this industry. It has been a couple of years since i left this casino and i do not really have a clear view about my experience. But i remember once when a player was foul language a lot then the chat supervisor or something like that banned that player and a warning was sen to every one regarding usage of foul language.

And after that we all were like good boys. loll They have a very decent looking site and i live the look of it . I just love the all black look of the room and i think it just looks
unbelievably classy. I had played black jack a lot and i remember this is one of the casino where i started playing black jack and learned a lot from them. Sunken treasure was a very nice game and i played this game a lot and i remember hitting a multiplier here and i was very happy because it was a big deal for me because i had just started playing slots. My favorite game was Aztec treasures and i loved this game and the
variance is also very good and not hat high and the games are also not that tight.

I had encountered some technical faults but i guess with increasing technology now they must have improved that. Support staff was very nice and was very helpful in these break downs and always asked us to stay patient. I played here for a very long
time and got 3-4 withdrawals as well. I would rate them 9 out of 10.

Lock casino using games from real time gaming software, but i had much more experience in lock poker, not in lock casino. By the way i played poker and casino at lock site about 4 years ago, and since i read almost all poker forum sometimes (just visit few times in a week to read some news), i can say that nowadays lock casino and poker in big trouble, and most players have trouble with receiving their money, so i suggest you to stay away from this casino, it is not very good anymore.

I played at lock casino like i said only once, and it was when i was super angry when losing tournament with 30$ buy-in, i had aces, and go all-in, it was already final table, and some idiot call my all-in with A2, of course he get straight from A to 5. Moron, nothing else. At casino i deposited 30$ and take 100% bonus, i was angry and really want only win some money, win it fast, to recover my potential winnings in poker tournament. Unfortunately i was a dumb and of course i was in tilt, so with 60$ balance i open first game that i think can pay good, it was paydirt, and i start playing with 1$ bets, which is of course big mistake and such ultra high variance game like paydirt. At least i have few features, but they pay bad, and just make me more angry about it. After about 20 minutes of playing i lost my deposit and bonus. So you should know that when you angry about anything, start gambling it is really not best idea, because gambling should give only fun, no angry thoughts.

I rate lock casino with 3 stars, because right now this guys sent withdrawals very rare, and in most cases you did not get any of your winnings, i say this based on many players posts, so be careful.
