On 6/5/2012 I request a payout of $3024 after meeting my playthrough requirements. Note that I did request a wire transfer as their website FAQ does say they do them if requested directly from the payment dept. I was told via email they do NOT do wires, so had to settle for check by courier.
I sent my documentation within 2 days.
On 6/22 I was told that my payment had been processed and that I would receive my check within 7 to 14 days.
I still had not received payment by 7/16 and started emailing suppor[email protected]ockcasino.com and paymen[email protected]lockcasino.com, I received a reply from "Quinn" on 7/16 asking for my patience telling me I would have my payment by the end of the week. It is now the end of the week and still nothing. I have sent about 3 emails a day asking for a status or tracking number, and asked if they were going to wire or westernunion the money to me if it did not arrive. I have had zero replies since the reply on 7/16.
There is no phone number to call, and live chat sends you to email. They rarely reply to emails.
