I'm terribly sorry for the delay of your payout. I know the wait time has been far longer than expected, but we're doing everything we can to have your payout processed as soon as possible. We've also made it a top priority to have our payout timeframes go back to normal so you won't have to wait this long again moving forward.
The reason you've been waiting this long is due to the current restrictions on our providers end. But we're putting new processors in place to handle both our backlog of requests and all new payouts.
Although I don't have a specific date as to when you'll receive your funds, I can assure you that we'll have it processed as soon as possible and send you another update accordingly.
