I have requested 100 € on 19.08.2016 . I still waiting for my money . I have sent several emails and I contacted with the live chat asking "Why my withdrawal is still waiting?" . A Playtech casino but a culture of abusive delays and messing customers about....

Avoid……..(if the situation changes I will update)

There are an incredible 33 complaints on the AskGamblers website which is a record in itself. However, what is crucial is that ALL of them are for serious delays in paying out winnings to customers.

Hence, this cannot a coincidence but rather appears a deliberate policy to withhold winnings from customers while gladly accepting their losses.

It is not the best site in the world but even if it were, the fact that the casino does not want to pay your winnings is reason enough to play elsewhere.

When you look at the complaints, the last one appeared to be in the summer this year and so I thought it was safe to play – foolish!

Anyway, they have promised they will pay imminently and i said if I didn't receive my winnings by Monday morning (Christmas day) i would put a formal complaint onto the Askgamblers website.

They have a standard 72 hours time limit forprocessing payments and they have already gone a further 72 hours beyond their maximum time limit for payouts – meaning 144 hours so far….

I will probably end up being the number 34th complaint due to deliberate withholding of winnings and have been provided the same BS excuse they give to every customer whose transaction they delay – it’s due to “technical” problems.

Needless to say these “technical” problems never delay them when taking money immediately from customers accounts!

Anyway, I haven't even received my imminent email to tell me the withdrawal has been processed so I don't believe they have any commitment to pay up.....UK Gambling Commission here I come....

Casino Plex has been around for many years and I had signed up at this casino many years ago too, but cannot remember when that was. Back in those days, Playtech casinos were my favourite venues to play, having signed up at every available casino that allowed me to register. Lots of them, but many have since closed down, leaving only a very few casinos left that I can play at now. Casino Plex is one of them.

There's nothing special about this casino, sorry to say, and my VIP level has been stagnant since I left it dormant for many years. Then last year, in 2016, I began receiving nice $20 no-deposit bonus chips from Casino Plex, tempting me to start playing at the casino again, after such a very long break. And of course, who could or would refuse such nice no-deposits chips, right? Yeah! That got me playing at the casino again. To my surprise, those free $20 chips kept coming at about every alternate week or so, and that kept me playing too. After taking up several of those free chips, I suddenly felt so obligated, that I made a deposit, took a deposit bonus, and played again. SInce then, I have made a few more deposits, took more deposit bonuses, but have yet to make a win. SIgh!

Ah well, you can't win all the time, and you can't lose all the time either. As long as there are nice bonuses for me at Casino Plex, I'll take them up and keep on playing. One of these days, that win would surely come my way! Hahaha.

Can't think of anything that I like really, terrible.

Everything, I made deposits with a total of £500 and always played the Jackpot games and notices they was not working so after a month of putting up with it I went on to chat and asked why the jackpot games was not working for a month now and was told they was some technical issues. So I nicely asked why they did not send a courtesy email to there customers and was not answered. Was told to email in to an account manager and was refused a manager on chat, so I emailed in and got a very rude reply saying I was told on chat there was issues and did not ask answer my question which was why did you not warn your customers before they deposited there was a problem. 10 emails down the line still not found out why and with a result of my account being closed down and I have copy of chats not answering the questions they was rude unhelpful and insulting. In one reply they said I was just mad I did not win so having ago at the casino, I am member of many casino's and lost thousands this is not true what they said.

This casino does not treat players fairly. I joined recently making four deposits in total amounting to £300. I started playing slots and lost and started playing live roulette towards the end of my second deposit. I noticed on my third and fourth deposit they applied a bonus without me requesting it. I managed to build up a balance of £550. I noticed that although I did not want a bonus, it had been applied without my authority, but the outstanding wagering requirement had not been reduced. I start playing slots and after a considerable period fulfilled the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal of £450. The following day I received an e-mail saying their security department had deemed I had abused the bonus policy as I had swapped from playing table games to slots even though I had met their wagering criteria.

They would only have allowed me to withdraw if I had fulfilled the wagering requirements on roulette, table games count at 5% towards wagering requirements. My fourth deposit was £100 and they applied a £50 bonus without my authority. Therefore thw wagering requirements to withdraw were £50,000!!! and the maximum bet they allow is £5. Playing live roulette at 1 spin per minute this would have taken 7 days of continuous play before I would be eligible to make a withdrawal. Whilst I appreciate there are wagering requirements to fulfill on bonuses theirs is impossible to meet. They refuse to pay out my winnings and I have referred this to UK Gambling Commission who will look at unreasonable/unfair terms and conditions. I would advise anyone to steer clear from these sharks.

Be careful with by this casino. Register and a week later regretted that I have played in this casino.

Withdrawal lasted for 41 days. Whenever I contacting support received one response: -
"Thank you for contacting us.
I've sent a reminder to the relevant department in order for them to look into this case. We had a delay due to an update to our cashier system. They will do their best to pay you as soon as possible."

I find this is inadmissible. Delay Withdrawal players to (Despite their own terms and conditions.) - this is the worst thing that can happen in a casino. Beware of such people

With so many super high quality Playtech casino's available to me as a UK player, it takes a lot for me to be tempted into joining a new one these days. Unsurprisingly then I'm yet another member here who joined Casino Plex primarily for their bonus offers, but being from the UK my bonus wasn't nearly as attractive as that offered to the rest of the world - 100% up to £100 for first deposit rather than the 150% up to 750 offered as an Askgamblers exclusive on this page. Still, I musn't grumble - something is better than nothing after all.... Or is it? Hard to believe, but I missed a couple of crucial items in the terms and conditions that have really put me off this casino overall.

I'd already decided I was only going to take the first deposit bonus if I managed to convert the funds into withdrawable cash because of the term that states you can't have the second stage welcome bonus if you have requested a withdrawal - that seems pretty tight to me, but worse still I hadn't noticed that despite the 50x wagering requirement the bonus funds are actually non-redeemable anyway... yup, you wager the whole lot fifty times, risking your own money in order to do so, and they still take the bonus money off you when you actually request your withdrawal anyway. And then you have to wait up to a week for your money to an e-wallet, three days of which it is sitting in a pending reversible state... oh dear!

I probably should have taken the hint - the website is laughably basic compared to sites such as the aforementioned big Playtech's such as Paddy Power and Corals, there were even server errors in the pages footer which is still showing as of today 11/09/16 (to the left of the license details). I'm really struggling to come up with any positives about my experience playing at Casino Plex, I'd recommend exercising a lot of caution if you choose to play here and absolutely tell them you don't want that welcome bonus!

Online support is good, fast response. Nice graphic layouts, nothing more.

I had a self excluded casino Plex to 60 months. I wrote an email support if it is possible to reopen my account. Casino Plex opened my account with no problem (I tried to ask other casinos where I am self excluded for the reopening (answer can not be opened)).

Lose over £ 700 in one night, I asked via online support, a bonus. Within 3 seconds, the response does not have any bonus. Avoid this casino
