Casino Plex - Waiting 2 weeks on 1400€ withdrawal although my account is fully verified

sadly i feel i have to make this complaint.
asked for withdrawal 27 of august, verified my account and got verification mail that all documents are ok on the 29 of august.
it also states in the email that "If you currently have a pending withdrawal then this withdrawal including future withdrawals will now be processed within 72 hours after you have initiated it."

it has now past 2 weeks and still nothing. I have contacted support a number of times but i get no answer when my money will be paid.
they blame it on techical difficulties....
