About 2 years ago, my ISP got totally blocked from accessing most of online casinos, and most of Playtech casinos became inaccessible to me. Considering 21Nova is supposedly part of William Hill's operations their on-line casino leaves a lot to be desired in many key areas. These days you can find the same games at hundreds of different on-line casinos so the three things that really separate one place from another are the quality of their support, the speed that they process withdrawal requests and the quality of their promotions. 21Nova doesn't do bad on the promotions front with the same 12x deposit plus bonus wagering often offered just like their sister casino EuroGrand, but the other two points desperately need some work!

That means the only day where you'll get the benefit of the minimum 96 hours is a Monday - make a withdrawal request on any other day and you'll almost certainly be waiting six days before anybody even looks at your withdrawal, and that whole time it will be sitting in reversible state just waiting for you to get tempted ... there's absolutely no manual flushing at this casino!

I took 3 stars from 21nova casino for their long withdrawals. Pending period for all withdrawals is 4 days, and it is way too much for me. If they can remove pending at all - then I can give them something like 8 or 9 stars, but waiting 4+ days for winnings is not good at all.

And my experience is very different, few times I waited for something like 20 minutes till someone come to assist to me in live chat, few times they appear instant. Overall I do not have any critical problems with 21 nova casino, I think reputation of william hill group is good. But they have nothing to do with their some lack of customer support, very slow withdrawals. Bonuses are not so impressive like at few other online casinos with this software.
