About 1 and a half weeks ago, I was browsing in Askgamblers, looking through all the new casinos and welcome promotions for new players, when I came upon this StarCasino. It was offering a 10EUR no-deposit bonus plus a 100% deposit bonus, so I was thinking, well, I could certainly use a 10EUR no-deposit bonus now, then make a 10EUR deposit to get that 100% bonus, and play with whatever games I would like to. So I visited their website, checked through its T&C, found nothing to deter me, so I finally signed up. Registration well smoothly and I got my email address validated too.

Next, I logged into the casino, looking for that 10EUR to play on, but it wasn't in my account. So I checked with the casino's Live Chat host, and he informed me that I need to submit my identification documents first before any bonus could be credited in. I couldn't make any deposits either, not until my identity has been verified. Fine enough. I then uploaded my documents online, through the casino's website, the Live Chat host confirmed seeing it, and informed me that the standard verification procedure would take between 2 to 3 days to complete. I was then told to come back in 3 days and to check with the Live Chat again if my documents have been approved or otherwise. When I asked if I would be informed of the approval via email, the host replied most probably not! What the argh! That was the first time that I have ever come across any casino that doesn't inform its new player that his/her identity has been verified and approved! The host said, so far, all new players had to check with Live Chat to know the outcome of the verification process. Although I felt disappointed, a little disgusted even, I said "okay" and logged out.

1 week later, there was still no approval of my identity. I then logged into my account, clicked on the 'identity' button, and a message came up, stating something like 'no documents need to be submitted for now, so relax and enjoy in the casino'. There wasn't any indication of whether my documents were still in the process of approval, or that they had been approved, or had been rejected. I couldn't be bothered to ask the Live Chat again, so I logged out.
Today, when I checked in Askgamblers, StarCasino has suddenly been categorized as restricted for my country! Hmm, strange as it may be, I wasn't at all surprised. Maybe that's why my documents still haven't been approved, but the casino should have at least informed me that I was no longer allowed to play at their casino, and that my account would be permanently closed. Nope, not a single word about this. Well, if this is how the Support Team at StarCasino performs and treats all its customers, then it is for my own good that I am not allowed to play in it. A true blessings in disguise for me!
