Zodiac Casino - Not responding to my emails

The casino has restricted the account. Since May 23, I can only log in and I can 't play. I sent all the documents. They respond twice a month. Since August 4, they do not respond to emails in the chat, they do not solve anything.

I had a balance of $230, but the balance disappeared somewhere? The score is zero. I don't understand why it can take so long and when they unlock and return $230 to the casino balance.

Hi. I won 4000£ on zodiac casino and withdrawn it to PayPal but suddenly my account after verification got reset and I don’t see any transactions. My loyalty rewards are gone as well. I’ve wagered entire amount needed in order to withdraw winnings. I have screenshot from withdrawal and bank statement from deposit.

Zodiac casino has told me repeatedly that I don’t have a valid email and I ain’t using a matching email, although this is the same email I always use, so know they won’t pay me my 260$ withdrawal that they owe me.

They continue to ignore my emails and have erased many emails from them up to March of 2022 and I have played this casino many times before as well.

I have a withdrawal of 1099.60 in pending since 77 hours.

As per their term, it's supposed to be in pending for 48 hours. It was supposed to be released yesterday, but the amount is still in my account.

I try to reach support and all they can say is It will be send tomorrow. They can't tell me when exactly and why they didn't send it yesterday.

My complain here is that the 48 hours pending is long enough, now 95+ hours in pending is unacceptable and we all know why they do that "pending" period.

I will have to wait all week-end and more when I should have received it yesterday.

Support won't help me other than saying tomorrow.

I had been playing for a couple of weeks with no problems. I had €0.00bonus cash and €20443.76 in cash balance so I decided to withdraw it, that was ok I sent all the I'd documents they asked for, they even got back to me saying "with a large amount they will pay €4000.00 a week" witch I didn't mind to much. So from pushing withdrawal, & getting together & sending all the documents & I'ds they asked for & them saying what they could pay a week it all took about 7days. Then I noticed I couldn't even get into my account to keep playing. I went through live chat they found my account but keeped on say the same thing & sending me to Risk Management through email. Every time I email then they said the same couple of words &that was it I ask them to ring me but they didn't. What should I do.

Zodiac Casino - Encouraged to deposit, withdrawal not paid

I played the slots with Zodiac Casino and maganaged to win £3,500. I went to withdrew my money on 24th April 2019 and still have not received my money- despite providing all 6 of the documents that Zodiac have slowly requested from me over 14 days.

Zodiac have still been encouraging me to gamble via email and accepting my deposits.

I strongly think that Zodiac do not have the funds to pay me.

Zodiac emailed me on 29 April saying that in order to process my withdrawal I needed to send my:

Utility bill

Driving licence

Front and back of card.

I sent all the requested documents. However Zodiac still did not process my withdrawal; and 7 days later they asked for my bank statement, and bizarrely a picture of my ID next to the computer with my Zodiac signed in.

I duly provided this and have still not received my money.

Please asssist me with this Ask Gambler.

Zodiac Casino - Payment delayed, risk management team is yet to comeback after a week of waiting

Hi, I went on winning 400usd however when I initiated the withdrawal casino asked to confirm the identity and requested to send the documents via email. I submitted the documents last Wednesday, after a day I went back to live chat they informed it's pending with risk management team and I followed up couple of times with risk team and in live chat but til date I haven't received any response. Zodiac Casino - £3000 winnings voided and confiscated

basically i have played online casinos for many years on and off . small amounts here and there. in the past when receiving welcome bonuses i might have created duplicate accounts at the same casino. which i did with zodiac. last tuesday i received a call from zodiac telling me i had won the daily internal lottery and my account had been credited with a bonus of £120 to play and win. that evening i went home and started playing the casino with my bonus. after a few hours i had won over £3000 after checking that i had done the play through i decided to withdraw £3000. which i did. next day i get an email to say my winnings are being processed. yesterday (tuesday) i noticed that the withdraw was still pending taking it into three business days so i spoke to the online chat who told me i would have to email risk management. which i did only to be told by annabelle that the winnings were voided and confiscated because i had multiple accounts open. go back to last october i had a similar thing where i won £400. same thing happened. After speaking to annabelle via email and her explaining that i could only have one account she agreed to pay out the £400 as long as i stuck to just the one account. And as i explained to her now that i knew this i would do just that. And I did. everything was fine. I got paid out and if i went back on to zodiac i would use the same account. now I've won money again the same excuse has come up not to pay. this is not justified as we spoke at the time and i have not been using multiple accounts just the one we agreed on, if anything they should have closed down any other accounts at the time as they are not used. also now they have locked my account. i have done nothing wrong. i have stayed within the guidelines i only played last thursday because of the phone call from their promotions team. i should not be vilified for this and the that payment should be made to me. please advise i do have a copy of the email form last october if you want to see it. regards graham

Good selection of games, a lot of bonuses and payouts at first. Then it all goes down hill from there...

After playing for awhile, finally hit a couple decent payouts and ended up cashing out about $400. But since then I can not hit a thing. I've put a lot of cash through since then and it is like all of the bonuses are turned off. It has pretty much become a joke. First played Mega Moolah, I got free spins and the Progressive Bonus a few times. Now I can not get the random bonus at all. I play for hours and it never activates. Yet every 10 seconds it flasehes that another player has won a progressive jackpot.... REALLY, are there thousands of players at any given time or just a handful who get the bonus every coupe of minutes?? It really is a joke.

The same goes with their other "Random" bonuses and just bonuses in general, they seem to be turned off. There are much better casinos out there, don't fall for this con!

Hey Cliff7090 I realise your review is somewhat dated, however wanted to point out that progressive jackpots are spread over the entire Microgaming network, not just within the Casino Rewards group, so thousands, if not tens of thousands of players are playing the game at the same time which is why the mini jackpot is won so often. The games are audited by eCogra each month to ensure the RNG is paying out the designated percentage averages. One thing to note is that games like Mega Moolah are high variance. Playing a low-medium variance game will give more payouts, albeit payout amounts are usually smaller amounts than in high variance games.

The agent who helped me was very pleasant, (Roberta). I went to join for their bonus of $1 for a chance to win millions with 80 free spins but then Roberta told me that the WR was. Read the dislike part now.

Wagering requirement at 60 X! So if you deposit $100, Get a match = 200 and at that WR you need to wager $12,000 in order to withdraw. Way to high and almost impossible unless you are completely lucky to ht a large jackpot almost immediately. Am I right about the WR being too high? Thank-you

Joined this zodiac on the 6/8/ 2016yes I got the 80 free spins, for the 1 pound, and I did win and also got 20 pound bonus, So I had 50 pounds and the bonus of 20 pounds, account total 70 pounds. I thought great.

Although I had 50 + the 20 pond bonus, even though I added to more to my account. it seems to me the system is designed for you to lose because it makes sure that you use up your real account money first.

So even if you have the bonus you cannot withdraw the bonus money according to their rules, so you will find yourself, adding more money from your bank account to lose, and you will lose, because the system does not play the bonus credits away first,

It makes you use all your real account money, so even if you had 100 pounds, and 20 pound bonus, you will find that all your real money is lost, and then the bonus money.

Very very clever' but I am not going to continue, I will take my chances in the bookies.

I took up the $1 deposit for $20 credit bonus offer. I won over $600 US (after my initial bonus sound were played), I played down to $580 then decided to withdraw. I waited a couple of days for the pending period.. After two days I contact the friendly helpful staff to check all was ok. They said it was fine money would be paid after the weekend. It disappeared from my zodiac acc on Monday but still hadnt showed up in my acc.

I live chatted again with helpful staff. They said all should be ok... just could take a few days for my bank to clear it. And now I can see the money is showing in my acc.

Im very happy that they proved honest and reliable and were nice to deal with as well.

Nothing to dislike! I deposited $1 US and received $580 :)

I called, to ask how to pull my money they gave me the info and I was told by them that they had made a mistake they told me I would get my money in 3 to 5 business days I waited a week and nothing so I called to ask what was going on I spoke to the supervisor and she told me that they had made a mistake and now I have to send more info to get my money. So the supervisor full out told me that the mistake was done on there end. I wasn't offered anything she pretty much told me too bad....

Horrible customer service. A huge headache and inconvenience I still haven't got my winnings of 10000...They take ur money off ur card np but trying to get ur winnings good luck... All they want is ur money and make it very difficult to collect any winnings.... Seeing that the supervisor admitted to the mistake u think they would offer u some free spins for the inconvenience.... But nope they just say suck it up and put u on hold for hrs.. I'm still waiting to receiver winnings and have no idea what's going on its very frustrating and it causing me to stress wish they were more caring to help u with ur issues or offer something for therein take..

I don't mind the games, they are very entertaining.

Payouts are very low. I began with Zodiac Casino and had a good payout as a first time player. The deal is to get a payout so so keep playing. After that initial win be prepared to lose your shirt.

I'm finding that physical casinos pay better than the online games. I haven't cashed out anything and I have put in a lot of money. Beware and gamble responsible.
