Many games to be played from different vendors, that's the great part about this website. But that's pretty much it. The rest of it is absolutely horrible.

Extremely complicated KYC (it takes more than 3 working days for them to check it). They are delaying the KYC on purpose so that you won't cashout or you will lose your temper and chaotically gamble. Horrible support on livechat, horrible website. They were good a few years ago, but nowadays they are simply horrible.

Winmasters casino is one of the newly added casinos and before they landed on AskGamblers I hadn't heard about them. But seeing they are powered by Netent, Microgaming and few other software's I enjoy playing, I got really interested. Another reason I usually get excited about joining a new casino is the welcome bonus. Either a casino doesn't have one, or it has high wagering, that is a part of my decision making when thinking whether they are worthy to try.

Winmasters has a 100% welcome bonus which is a standard, no extra spins or anything, but I was quite unhappy with the wagering, as it was 30x deposit+ bonus. My bottom line for bonuses that require also wagering deposit is 25x deposit+ bonus max, I almost never go higher than that because if I'd deposit only 20€, I would need to wager 1200€. That being said, after registration I decided to deposit 30€ and play with my money only.

I played Dazzle Me at first, with minimum stakes I made over 150 spins but I couldn't get any decent winnings and lost around 10€, so then I decided to play Hooks Heroes. I played with minimum bets again and at first I was getting many 10x bet size winnings, so I managed to increase my bankroll for few euros. The beginning was quite promising, as I had big win thanks to respin feature and my balance was up to 30 eur. I was really hoping to get free spins round, but frankly I could hardly get 2 scatter combinations. My balance eventually started to go down and at the end I lost all.

Overall I had a decent time at this casino, but at the moment I don't think I will make another deposit. The game selection was very pleasing with the variety, but I simply didn't like their promotions and promotions are quite important for me. Other than that, I think they are a good and trustful place but they don’t stand out for me, comparing to other casinos.

I would say that on the list of 6 of my favorite software providers are all these 4 software providers. But what I found out later about this casino did not really surprise me.

The first thing I will write refers on the speed of the cash-outs process. Here, the pending time takes 72 hours and the payment on some of the e-wallet service from 2 to 6 hours. In other words, on an eventual payment here you will wait more than 72 hours which is, if you ask me, too much.

Next, the Winmasters Casino does not offer live chat support and also does not offer phone support. Actually you can contact the casino support in two ways that just are not the fastest. One way is to send e-mail directly to the casino support and the second is to fill out an online form with a question on their website. In 90% of cases when I should contact the casino support I needed instant help. I believe that is the case with the other players too and I really do not understand why so many online casinos do not offer instant help. It does not have to be a live chat but it may be for example a support via Skype or casino free phone.
