The cashier is divided into three sections: deposits, withdrawals and history. Windetta Casino has multiple options for both deposits and withdrawals. I couldn’t find a payment page, so I had to check different options through the cashier.

I deposited money with Skrill and it was transferred to my account immediately. I found no information on how long you have to wait to be self-excluded, so once you send that email, everything can happen. The casino only states that customer service will guide you through the process. Are agents trained in working with players with gambling addiction? Do they prioritise players who submit the request? These questions demand answers, and hopefully, Windetta can improve this section. 

No deposit limits, or limits of any kind, no reality checks, session timers or anything that can be useful to players who wish to control their gambling habits. I only found a link to self-assessment on the responsible gambling page, which you can’t even click and you have to copy/paste in a new tab.

Windetta Casino offers support to players through live chat and email. The contact us page is clearly outlined through the main menu and footer, while the chat icons hovers in the corner of the screen (if you join via desktop). 

The support is easy to find, which I find beneficial. What’s also beneficial is that the email for general queries: [email protected] is separated from the finance department: [email protected], where you can send your documents. This warrants faster replies if you opt for this communication method.

Live chat works without any issues, but the process can be smoother. When I opened the live chat, I was given a choice between English, German, Portuguese and Greek. I chose English and proceeded with the questions regarding deposits. The bot gave me a generic answer, which was OK, but then I wanted to be connected to an agent and the casino asked me to enter an email address.

Fine.

These little steps can become annoying especially if you’re encountering problems with withdrawals and you want to solve them as soon as possible. 

After I was connected to an agent, they did help me out and overall, I wasn’t dissatisfied with the experience. The agent provided me with concrete answers and steps to take and the conversation felt genuine.
