Hey. On 21.01.2023, I made a €100 deposit with a non-sticky bonus. I won a total of €7,850 and got the bonus wagered. I made a withdrawal 3x1000€. I got my account confirmed on 23.1

In the next 2 weeks from the withdrawal request they always say that the game provider will still process my winnings. now it has been 6 weeks and it is still claimed that there is a backlog in the finance department.

How long can it last?

Now they canceled 3x1000€ withdrawals and asked to put 3x500€ withdrawals and only accepted 1 per day

the withdrawal limit used to be €3,000 per day or 50 000€/mont and now they say to pay 2 times €500 per week. this spending will take many months to get all the money (6 850€)

is this how players continue to play at that casino, unbelievably bad service.
