Actually there isn't negatives things in a good site, only a few.. All the basic things are working very good. Only negative I found is sometimes the games are taking too long to fill the bar, and also as player you can't always have access to daily bonuses.

I was able to deposit at Windetta (€25 cash to code) and the money was unfortunately gone, but I had a bonus and I converted it and then wanted to withdraw €480 and it was confirmed with green writing. After 7 days I wanted to log in because the money was not on the account and suddenly it was blocked, I wrote to customer service and they said an email should be sent to customer service, I did that 7 times and sometime after 2 weeks I received an email saying that I was blocked at a partner casino, but it was from a completely different casino group, they have not even refunded me the €25 I deposited....I was blocked in 3 from 6 Casinos from the casino group Alimaniere Sociedad de Responsabilidad Ltd, What would have happened if I had deposited in the 3 remaining casinos and won something? Would they have banned me again and taken my money? If they take player protection seriously and I'm supposedly banned, I couldn't have signed up at the 3 remaining casinos….
