Viking Slots Casino

Bonus offered deposited, cant say anything good about site other than layout ok, games easy to find.

Deposited after being informed on live chat that I could claim bonuses. Yet deposited, no free spins added as in email, went to live chat told I couldn't claim bonus, after I had specifically asked prior if I could and was told yes. Stay clear, poor customer support, con site.

Had a very big win last year and certain members of live chat are very helpful and friendly! Others not so!

Since big win I do not receive any daily bonus offers :(

Good choice of games. Good rewards scheme. Half decent withdrawal

Same as alot of other sites big bonus to high of wagering. Customer service as been removed. Sometimes games are disrupted when on a winning streak

Same as most slots site out there they just take your money bonus wagerment is to high games are ok part from that nothing excitement.

Costumer service, not that good bonus to high, no wins.

I've become extremely familiar with the interface used by Viking Slots just recently as I've signed up with more casinos than I can count that use an identical software, I'm not sure if they are all part of the same group or if it's just some kind of white label model that is being heavily promoted but they all seem to offer a small no deposit bonus or handful of free spins when signing up but it's not apparent until you have actually completed the registration that it's actually another one of these casinos because they have a regular website until you actually log on.

I apologize if that sounds confusing but if you do sign up at this casino you'll soon see what I mean, once you actually get logged in the regular website is hidden behind a tabbed interface which has the games and options such as deposit, my account, live chat etc on big buttons overlaid on top of the page. I don't really like this, it feels a little bit dated to me and just seems unnecessary with the power of browser based casinos these days. The website underneath seems much more attractive to me!

At this particular casino I didn't receive my free spins after completing the sign up process, or not as far as I could tell - the site states that it will direct you to the game where you can play them once you log in for the first time but this didn't occur for me and the live chat was not available when I tried to use it to find out from support what had gone wrong. It's been roughly 12 hours later right now and I still haven't had a response to the e-mail I sent regarding this so my first visit hasn't exactly been great.

Still, I have had some positive experiences with other casinos owned by LMA Gaming Ltd such as "Slots ad Games Casino" (lets not get started on that awful name eh....) so I'm confident that I will recieve my spins sooner or later! I'm also sure that as a member of this group withdrawals from Viking Slots should be reasonably speedy, but I'll confirm that if and when I come to review their welcome bonus hopefully sometime in the next 24 hours.

I'm guessing this is a fairly new brand from LMA and as such there are probably a few teething problems to be dealt with and therefore if your not a member of their longer running brands such as Slots and Games you might do well to sign up with them first as they have an identical welcome offer and game selection and my experience playing there was much smoother than my first impressions here at Viking Slots.

If you are going to play on this site you have to know that most of the games does not wager 100%. So be careful the actual wagering requirement is 70x, because most of the games wagers 50%.
