Hi, I've had a withdrawal request of 8.881 SEK for over a month now, and this casino keeps asking me for a picture of my passport and a selfie, something I've provided them with 5 times already!!!! And they still keep asking about it as if they're "slow" in the head! So all I can do now is file a complaint here and see where it goes. Never have I experienced a casino do such a thing. Its disgusting. 5 times have I sent my documents, and they ask about it again and again as if its the first time they're asking about it. They are clearly trying to stall and dont want to pay.

This complaint has been reopened as per Viking Slots Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Let me introduce myself, I`m Tuomas, the Casino Manager for Viking Slots here at Askgamblers.

I have spoken with the relevant team and I was told that the previous documents provided were not acceptable and you have been requested to provide either a copy of a driver`s licence or a copy of national ID card. In order to make a withdrawal request, simply provide the requested documents (in good quality) and our team will gladly accept your withdrawal request.
