I also am having the same problem currently. I deposited via credit card played and hit it big went to cash out and choose bitcoin, this was before I found out that you have to withdrawal using the same method you have past used. I spoke with a live chat agent who said I could make another deposit via bitcoin and that would allow me to withdrawal the same way. Unfortunately this has not been the case as I spoke with another live chat agent and the informed me about technical difficulties with processing bitcoin withdrawals currently. So I google the casino and find this has been a problem for awhile now.

I wanted to follow up on my earlier review because I like this casino a lot they have a great selection of games, numerous bonuses, and they pay out. I got my issue with payment resolved. I spoke to a customer service agent via live chat who had the correct information. I was paid via bitcoin promptly after. Over all I started with a $50 deposit and cashed out at $5000. I cashed out February 1st and received payment February 5th in my bitcoin wallet. Overall not too long to wait.

They have the games I like to play and the play was pretty good.

I do not like to play at sites where the operators are downright unethical and liars. I jumped on Live Chat and SPECIFICALLY asked how long Bitcoin withdrawals take. They said after verification (yes you have to do verification even if you ONLY deposit in Bitcoin...kind of defeats the whole purpose of using Bitcoin!) it is very quick. So what do you know I get some solid hits and I submit a Bitcoin withdrawal...which the site allowed me to do without issue. I don't hear anything so I check back with Live Chat...oh we are not able to process Bitcoin withdrawals...we can only do bank transfers!
So they show they can do Bitcoin withdrawals...they take Bitcoin deposits ALL WEEK and then when a player goes to cash out they are suddenly unable to process Bitcoin withdrawals. Then to top it off....they hold you hostage with your withdrawal not processing it so the ONLY way you can play on their site is to reverse the withdrawal.

Just another unethical casino using EVERY trick in the book to make sure they don't pay out players. So stupid...if they would just pay out the players expeditiously they would have a loyal player that they would clearly make more money off in the long run.

And I am sure they will respond and say we did have an issue with our processor...I do not believe it for a minute. If you can take deposits you can process withdrawals. Even if you had a temporary issue you could say there is a slight delay in the processing. Instead...no we can do one other method called bank transfers, but keep in mind we are going to sit on it and if you want to continue to play you will have to reverse your withdrawal. This is why online casinos need real regulation. A land-based casino would be shut down immediately for pulling this obvious slow pay crap, but yet all these sites are allowed to operate utilizing the most unethical practices in casino operations possible.

Vegas2web is a Rival software powered casino. I found them on AskGamblers, when I was looking specifically for a casino with Rival games. I checked their page and it seemed full of information and adds, so instead of going through their terms about country restrictions, I talked with their live chat.

The support was really nice and informed me that I could play in their casino, however, after signing up I need to send my verification documents for safety and risk department. She added that my withdrawals would be faster too. I rarely verify account before making a deposit but I think that it can save lots of nerves, if you already know before playing, that your account is verified. I signed up and sent the documents right away ( I already had them as they were the standard verification docs).

After a couple of hours my account was verified and I made a 30€ deposit. Then I went to play Golden Gorilla, which is a game I have always wanted to try. For a change I didn't use autoplay and placed 0.50€ bets per spin, after 15 minutes of playing I had already lost 10€. The spins were almost empty, only few times I got the wild expanding gorilla, that gave me 3x bet winnings. When my balance was down to 15€, I won 15 free spins with 3x multiplier. It was a disappointment, as 15 spins with my 0.50€ bets gave me only 2€ win. I continued to play until my balance was empty. Til then I got another 15 free spins, with even lower win.

Overall I had a decent time at Vegas2Web casino, but I don't think I will play there again. I was happy that finally I fed my curiosity and tried the Golden Gorilla slot, but other than that, this just isn't my type of casino and I have to say that the game lagged a bit on instant play. The support was my favorite part of this casino experience, they were really great. I would give them 5/10.
