Payment disappeared

I’m extremely frustrated with how Vegas2Web has handled my withdrawal.

I went through their final audit and was told everything was approved and that my withdrawal would be paid out in weekly installments. I received two payments.

When I originally requested the full withdrawal, not all of the payments were showing on the pending withdrawal screen. I contacted support about it and was told it was a visual glitch and that it would be escalated.

I also asked specifically whether continuing to play would affect my pending payments. I was told it would not delay or affect them. I continued playing, but I made sure to leave the final $2,000 payment pending. I did not play that payment.

A few days after playing, the $2,000 payment disappeared in my pending withdrawals, and I had multiple Vegas2Web employees confirm that they could see it processing and that it would be paid.

Despite already completing the final audit, my account was then placed under another review. From that point on, it became increasingly difficult to get a clear answer about the status of my payment. I kept asking for updates and where things stood, but the responses were vague and didn't actually give me any meaningful information about when I would receive the payment.

Most recently, I spoke with Bruce, who told me that the final $2,000 payment would process on September 19th. That date came and went, and the payment never showed.

Bruce then told me that the finance team couldn't find the withdrawal, but also assured me that he personally saw it processing and that it would be paid out.

On the 21st of September, I received an email stating, "Due to a system timeout, the transaction status was not updated correctly on your account at the time. We have now corrected the status to reflect the withdrawal as completed." I know how much my withdrawl was, how much I played, and how much I received. There's $2000 missing.

At this point, I’m simply asking Vegas2Web to fulfill the final $2,000 payment I’m owed. I saw it in my account, multiple employees confirmed it was processing, and Bruce specifically gave me September 19th as the date it would be processed.

I’ve been patient throughout this entire process, but the lack of clear communication has made this incredibly frustrating. I need Vegas2Web to resolve this and pay the final $2,000 that I was repeatedly told would be paid.

Hi Skyler,

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention.

We have reviewed your account and withdrawal history with our finance team. The facts are set out below, and the supporting evidence is attached.

You received both $2,000 withdrawals that were paid under your payment arrangement, in accordance with the Casino’s Terms and Conditions. The $2,000 amount you believe is missing relates to the second withdrawal, which was paid on 7 September 2026. Due to a timeout error, the status of this specific payment was not updated in our system at the time.

You subsequently cancelled and played down the remaining withdrawals yourself, meaning that no further payments were due.

Timeline:

1. 26 August: You requested a withdrawal of $30,002.63. Following a final review, it was approved for payment in weekly withdrawals of $2,000.

2. 1 September: Your first $2,000 withdrawal was paid.

3. 7 September: Your second $2,000 withdrawal was paid.
The transaction hashes for both of these payments have been shared with you.

Due to a system timeout, this second payment was not marked as completed in our back-office system. As a result, this same withdrawal continued to appear on your account as a pending $2,000 withdrawal (on our end), despite the funds already having been sent to your wallet.

4. 6–16 September: You cancelled the remaining withdrawals, totaling $26,002.63, one at a time. These cancellations returned the respective funds to your casino balance. Each cancellation is timestamped in the attached report and marked “Cancel by Customer.”

5. When the next withdrawal was scheduled to be paid, there were no withdrawable funds available to process, as the remaining withdrawable funds had been cancelled and subsequently played down.

6. 21 September: The timeout error was resolved, and the status of the 7 September payment was updated to completed.

Throughout this process, we advised you that the matter was under review, as we needed to await feedback from our service provider. You also received an email confirming that we were investigating the matter, followed by communication regarding the outcome.

We understand that you may have believed the pending $2,000 entry represented a third withdrawal. This would explain why the 21 September status update may have appeared to indicate that an additional $2,000 payment had been removed.

However, the pending entry was in fact the 7 September withdrawal, which had already been paid to your wallet. Both the $2,000 payments can be independently verified on the blockchain using the transaction hashes provided to you.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by this system error. Our agents relied on the outdated pending status before the issue was identified and confirmed with our service provider as a technical error.
As a result of the outdated status, a withdrawal was incorrectly confirmed, including a 19 September processing date, which would have applied to the next withdrawal had sufficient funds remained available to withdraw.

While we acknowledge that the system error and subsequent communication may have caused confusion, this does not alter the actual payment history or the amount owed.

Based on the confirmed transaction records, both $2,000 withdrawals were successfully paid, and there is no outstanding balance due to you in relation to these withdrawals.

The details and outcome outlined in this response have also been relayed to you personally via email, together with our communication regarding the review and outcome of your query.

We've attached your withdrawal and deposit transaction report for 22 August to 15 September.

We hope this provides full clarity regarding the payments made and the outcome of our review.

Wishing you a great week further and happy spinning!

Kind regards,
The Vegas2Web Team
