I recently won $500. After verifying my documents, which took several weeks I was informed that my withdrawal was approved and I would be receiving my money shortly. Approximately one week later, I received an email stating my money had been sent. 10 minutes after that, I received another email stating that my reversal request was approved and that my money has been deposited back to my account and if I didn’t request this reversal then to contact them. Once I contacted them, they stated that my withdrawal was declined due to a breach of the rules because I have been placing bets over $10. When I told them, I have never placed a bet of over one or two dollars and asked to see the proof. They said they didn’t have the proof but it shows up in my account online. Furthermore, they stated that they were giving me $50 as a good faith gesture and “who knows maybe it’s my lucky day and I’ll win.” I demand again to see proof they declined, and then the next time I tried to login my account if was disabled.

I have never bet more than 1-2 dollars at a casino per round. I would like to see the proof showing I bet more than $10 in a single round. I would like to know how much I bet over $10 and how many spins I played over $10 on.

3500 Won but keep getting runaround

I won and cashed out $3,500 on 1/5/2025. My account was previously verified but I double checked with live chat since I hadn't cashed out in awhile. I was told yes, everything looked good and I should have my money in 2 to 5 business days. It's now been 7 business days and I am told 3 times now they have escalated my case to expedite payment. I'm convinced this does nothing since I have yet to even get an email from them! I just want to be paid what I rightfully won!

Withdrawal at 2 Weeks and Still Reversible

Cashed out $575 at vegas2web after meeting requirements for a 200% deposit bonus on 5/31/17. Submitted verification documents to vegas2web (again, after doing so 2 years prior) which were approved the next day on 6/1/2017... From [email protected]: "Your submitted documents have been approved. After the 24 hour pending cycle and 2 to 5 business day review period, your withdrawal should be processed with the next available batch of payments." According to vegas2web support, the "24-hour pending cycle" infamously allows me to reverse the withdrawal should I choose to do so. Not sure what the "2 to 5 business day review period is". Regardless, all of this should have transpired by 6/9/17 at the latest. The reasons for my complaint: 1) I was told last week that the withdrawal was to be processed by vegas2web support this week "at the latest". 2) My withdrawal is still showing as "reversible", meaning that it has not been submitted into any vegas2web batch processing at all. 3) Today vegas2web support has told me that it will be next week before it will be processed. See #1. I love playing at vegas2web, and their support is spectacular, but two weeks is an unacceptable time to wait before any processing attempts have even been made. Let's get this resolved so that it can be closed with a green smiley face asap. Thanks!

i have been playing with casino since they started

in the beginning there withdrawals were pretty good and fast.

all of a sudden they have more storyes about were my funds that

i withdrew on sept 16 are. the last 4 withdrawals i waited 2 months

to get pay. now they said processer problems.

i call and the answer is where e-mailing the fianiance dept.

i am a vip player i should not have to wait a month to get paid.

please see what u can do to move things along.

I won $5000.00 July 6th. Today is August 16th and I have yet to receive my funds from Vegas2Web casino. They claim Processor problems. Pray for me and beware! I will keep you posted.

Withdrawal taking over one month

Vegas2Web Casino withdrawal I submitted for $500.00 has taken over a month and I still haven't got my check.

They said they send by a Courier, didn't give me courier's name and didn't have any tracking number.

Email I received only said your withdrawal has been processed giving me no details.

I have had to call them now for one month to get any kind of information.

I am still awaiting my check.

I am not happy and please beware of this Casino.

Giving me a hard time

I made an initial withdrawal in May for $5000.......for whatever reason the casino was not able to process that transfer (although they had processed many withdrawals for me already) so they put the money back into my account on 7/18......I immediately made another withdrawal for the $5000. They have a condition of making any withdrawal reversible for 24 hours which I chose not to do. Several days later I noticed that the withdrawal was still standing as reversible so I contacted them and they started to process the withdrawal. It has been in a processing status since 7/18 and everytime I have contacted them they said they would have someone look into it. Last week they actually told me I would have my funds by 8/8. I still do not have my funds and am very frustrated.

I really like playing at this site, but their ability to process withdrawals just keeps getting worse. I should not have to wait this long for a withdrawal to be processed. I work for Wells Fargo Bank and know a transfer should not take this long. PLEASE help me get this resolved. Thanks so much!
