Withdrawal at 2 Weeks and Still Reversible
Cashed out $575 at vegas2web after meeting requirements for a 200% deposit bonus on 5/31/17. Submitted verification documents to vegas2web (again, after doing so 2 years prior) which were approved the next day on 6/1/2017...

"Your submitted documents have been approved. After the 24 hour pending
cycle and 2 to 5 business day review period, your withdrawal should be
processed with the next available batch of payments."
According to vegas2web support, the "24-hour pending cycle" infamously allows me to reverse the withdrawal should I choose to do so. Not sure what the "2 to 5 business day review period is". Regardless, all of this should have transpired by 6/9/17 at the latest. The reasons for my complaint:
1) I was told last week that the withdrawal was to be processed by vegas2web support this week "at the latest".
2) My withdrawal is still showing as "reversible", meaning that it has not been submitted into any vegas2web batch processing at all.
3) Today vegas2web support has told me that it will be next week before it will be processed. See #1.
I love playing at vegas2web, and their support is spectacular, but two weeks is an unacceptable time to wait before any processing attempts have even been made. Let's get this resolved so that it can be closed with a green smiley face asap. Thanks!
