Withdrawal taking over one month

I recently won $500. After verifying my documents, which took several weeks I was informed that my withdrawal was approved and I would be receiving my money shortly. Approximately one week later, I received an email stating my money had been sent. 10 minutes after that, I received another email stating that my reversal request was approved and that my money has been deposited back to my account and if I didn’t request this reversal then to contact them. Once I contacted them, they stated that my withdrawal was declined due to a breach of the rules because I have been placing bets over $10. When I told them, I have never placed a bet of over one or two dollars and asked to see the proof. They said they didn’t have the proof but it shows up in my account online. Furthermore, they stated that they were giving me $50 as a good faith gesture and “who knows maybe it’s my lucky day and I’ll win.” I demand again to see proof they declined, and then the next time I tried to login my account if was disabled.

i have been playing with casino since they started

in the beginning there withdrawals were pretty good and fast.

all of a sudden they have more storyes about were my funds that

i withdrew on sept 16 are. the last 4 withdrawals i waited 2 months

to get pay. now they said processer problems.

i call and the answer is where e-mailing the fianiance dept.

i am a vip player i should not have to wait a month to get paid.

please see what u can do to move things along.

I won $5000.00 July 6th. Today is August 16th and I have yet to receive my funds from Vegas2Web casino. They claim Processor problems. Pray for me and beware! I will keep you posted.

I made an initial withdrawal in May for $5000.......for whatever reason the casino was not able to process that transfer (although they had processed many withdrawals for me already) so they put the money back into my account on 7/18......I immediately made another withdrawal for the $5000. They have a condition of making any withdrawal reversible for 24 hours which I chose not to do. Several days later I noticed that the withdrawal was still standing as reversible so I contacted them and they started to process the withdrawal. It has been in a processing status since 7/18 and everytime I have contacted them they said they would have someone look into it. Last week they actually told me I would have my funds by 8/8. I still do not have my funds and am very frustrated.

I really like playing at this site, but their ability to process withdrawals just keeps getting worse. I should not have to wait this long for a withdrawal to be processed. I work for Wells Fargo Bank and know a transfer should not take this long. PLEASE help me get this resolved. Thanks so much!
