Was a visitor to this casino for about 2 years. A large selection of games, there were a lot of deposits and a few big wins. Everything was fine.
But in the last year the support service has become very unfriendly, several times asked to send proof of my income (Bank statement), disappeared Nettent games, asked support, they said will appear within three days. For 2 months they are not. And finally they just blocked mine. The reason: TradaCasino reserves the right to close Your Account and to refund the account balance to you, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at TradaCasino's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or to give prior notice, using a payment method determined by us." It looks like casino going down. Don't recommend you this casino anymore, you always risk being just thrown out of this place for no reason.
Fair amount of games and website itself is decent.
Support doesn't answer for any messages and withdrawing money takes forever (up to week). So I don't recommend this casino.

Well where do I start and where to end! I must admit that trada casino is one of my all time favorite casinos and the one with my most gameplay! At first when I registered a few years ago the selection of slots was a bit poor but nowadays the evelove with a great speed having the besto slots from netent, microgaming, isoftbet, quickspin, pariplay, pragmatic even wms. Their bonus policy is quite nice many like the weekly cashback but I don't take it often.
Their support is excellent I even talk to agents like friends after all this time and always eager to help. Banking system is not the fastest but its very fast with withdrawals made to e-wallets in 6 hours max on working hours and first thing in the morning if you request during the night. Minimum deposit is only 5 euro and many times I loved this feature by making 300-500 euro withdrawals with only 5 euro deposits.
Nothing really to comment here except the fact that on netent slots I can't stop the reels which is something I do all the time but since the outcome is in my favor I don't really mind. They could also put a few tournaments and maybe a small selection of playngo or nyx slots but these are only details. They are great and got my trust for years.

I know of I put a code which is wrong, thy system will tell me that the code is not existing. If I fill in a available code what is not eligible for me, this system told me that I am not eligible for the bonus.

Trada casino has been around for a while. One of the first 20 casinos I joined when I started with the online gambling industry. I remember they offered some no deposit free spins at the time. As usual, no winnings from those free spins.
At the time, they only had Netent, Parplay and Microgaming. To date, Trada has many other providers but this does not impress me much because some of these providers like your NextGen, which is one of my favourite providers, run of the Microgaming platform, which restricts me from playing NextGen slots.

Quick sign up, quick verification through email and documents. Played some good slots and live casino, done quite well. Withdrawal was in process within hours. Customer is the top of the tree. Trada casino goes down the drain for sure... I ve been a VIP member there for a couple of years. Suddenly they lose netent and some slots from the rest of the providers start errors usually "game not found. " So I decide to take a break from them less than a month. when I return I make only a 10 euro deposit to get a bonus of 100 spins they sent me. And my account gets closed.... out of nowhere. I go to live chat to complain and they ask me for a proof of wealth.... Proof of wealth! For a 10 euro deposit when for years my in and out where about 500-1000 per month! So I just tell them ok give me a bonus with no deposit and I upload you an document you want... No answer from them, Sayonara from me...
