That they don't have 24/7 live help and I really really don't like the reverse withdrawal option which I see in quite a few casinos now. And iv found that some of the live help staff seem a bit obnoxious and quick to end the chat

Tradas a pretty good casino i'd say. They got good daily and weekly bonus and the most games I've ever seen on a casino I think. The Support Staff are always very friendly and quick .

One thing that could use improvement is there Software as it takes just a bit longer to load than usual. I also find that I don't hit not nearly as much as any other casino either.

I like that there is a minimum deposit of $5 and that trada has fast withdrawals. Trada offer excellent fair bonuses regularly. It would be more desirable if customers could receive more free no deposit bonuses for being a loyal customer

I rarely get a win. Not often have i been a big winner. I am yet to make a withdrawal hopefully it comes in fast. I dislike the bonuses usually require a deposit of $25 or more

I was first inclined to try Trada after seeing the way their reps Connor and Rachel attended to player complaints, questions and other issues. Being a rather well traveled explorer of the online casino landscape I've often found the staff/support to be the make or break line regarding my initial and continued play at a site. The reps from Trada were seen everyday interacting with players, addressing their concerns, sorting out issues and offering genuine personalities rather than hiding behind a standard copy/paste format. While players may not always have enjoyed or agreed with the responses they received, to me it was clear that the reps seemed determined to operate with integrity, honesty, respect and good humor, rare and admirable indeed.

At first glance Trada certainly didn't appear on par with some of the other giants to be found in the online Casino landscape, as a lone operator they had a custom platform which I found leaving me a touch frustrated as games would fail to load, disconnect, lag and other general nuisances. Some of the more popular game providers were nowhere to be seen and as a Canadian this left me with few options as a number of the providers they did offer had Canada restricted. Luckily while Trada's size was small and their sling appeared ill suited to the task of battling the competition, their aim was true and the points I mentioned were soon resolved.

With an update to the platform most technical glitches were vanquished & shortly thereafter all the usual suspects were found in the lineup, ready for some intense investigation by the players. As time passed, some of the industry giants fell, some shrunk in size and status and Trada managed to work it's way onto a small list of sites that I feel comfortable and confident depositing at on a steady and regular basis. While the odds may have seemed greatly against this outcome, had I bet against my early opinions then I would have plenty of profits today for future deposits with Trada ;-)

Same as I dislike any and everywhere, waiting for cash-outs. While Trada is decent about getting withdrawals out same day during office hours (sometimes in moments, sometimes hours) Withdrawals don't occur 24/7 which means posting a withdrawal request during off hours can see the wait time increased by 6-10 hours. It's 2019, I don't wait for buffering, I don't wait for downloads, I don't wait for bank transfers (when using interac emal transfer) I don't want to wait for my winnings.. on the bright side, Trada does have a withdrawal lock option to avoid slippery fingers "accidentally" hitting reverse and spinning away all the wins while waiting for the withdrawals.

It has a great selection of top games and the bonus calendar is pretty cool giving players different bonuses ever day of the week .. it also plays really smooth on desktop and mobile .

If there's one thing I dislike about this site it's my luck lolol but I could say that about every site lol there's nothing really to dislike about Trada

I like your game selection, user Interface and very fast withdrawal proccess. I would like to comment help support which is especially very fast and efficient.

I would like more free spins bonuses for loyal players and overall more promotions. Also waggering requirements when taking deposit bonuses could be a little bit smaller so that its easier to meet those requirements.

So many things....first...the incompetence of staff in general.....made few days hell for me when i try to made withdrawal and they asked me to provide PIC of old card/which i had done already/ a card that doesn't exist anymore! Then asked me for some sort of document from my bank...that proves that they have issued the new card i have used to deposit at casino ......!
bottom line is i haven't spent money since that incident....ohhh and btw after 3 days of torture a manager emailed me to apologize for the mistake they made asking me for all this ...but i have already been to my bank 5 times only for this matter !!!!
