Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

I've been playing at Trada since 2016, a great online casino that has a real family friendly feel to it, especially the helpful support staff. If only it was still like this!

I had my reservations when I heard Trada were moving to Aspire, they don't have a very good reputation, but I was hoping that Trada would still be the same, and just use their platform. I was sadly wrong, today I have closed my account. It just feels like even if I win, which I have't i wouldn't be able to get my money. It feels like a rogue site now, and one that I just don't feel comfortable plying at. I received an email for a 25% match up bonus yesterday, up to £200. Max withdrawal from this is £100, what the ****, what is the point in depositing £200, to then have to wager a fortune to only be able to withdraw half of what I deposited. If it's not broken don't try to fix it Trada. Sadly I can only see the casino going one way now

Go back to last month, Trada used to be so good, in fact my favourite online casino, lovely customer support, great site layout, super speedy withdrawals, but now...

Since moving to Aspire they have gone from one of the best, to the worst I play at. Terrible customer support, terrible site layout, you cant' search by provider now, half the games they have don't even show under the 'all games' tab. A lot of the games you play crash half way through playing them. The Red Tiger games take about 8 second per spin, RTP is appalling on Play & Go (286 spins on Golden Colts with no bonus) Golden Colts!!! But worst of all is the withdrawal times, 3 days withdrawal pending, contact customer support who ask for Bank Card picture to be sent (no e-mail asking for this) send this through, wait 5 days for this to be verified, then a further 2 days for withdrawal to finally be processed. Trada you used to be my go to Casino, now you have lost me and undoubtedly many more customers who will jump ship after you have foolishly moved to Aspire!

Loved trada for years. Fast payouts lovely customer service then logged on the other day and they've been taken over by aspire???? Now it's nearly a week to get paid then they ask me for documents? I've sent them theses a dozen times in the last 5 years.

I like the 'old' trader so much, great vip service and fast pay outs, super friendly staff, but just logged on after they migrated to Aspire Global......

The new platform after aspire global and shocking customer service. Couldn't even tell me what's happened to all my old data (deposits withdrawals and even validation documents I sent in!)

Most of all what I like is actually winning and the quick approval and the payout time (less than 6 hours, WOW). They have all the games I like which includes their own exclusive games.

The site is quite clear, though the design is somehow old fashioned in my opinion. It is easy to set limits or self-exclude by yourself without needing to contact support. A big plus is, that once you make a withdrawal request, you can lock it up. I made a couple of withdrawals; both were processed in like 24 hours. Verification didn't take much time, either. Both times I got my money accordingly. There are several payment methods; I personally use mostly Trustly & Visa and they have both options. All in all, this site seems reliable to me.

You have to wager your deposit once before being able to withdraw. The game selection is somehow limited; for example, they don't have Divine Fortune, even tho they have some other Netent games. Also they don't have for example Stampede from Softbet.

Was a good casino with plenty offers, almost every day got a promotion. Fast withdrawals, game selection quite good, some good gameproviders not in the list. Some of the support people very good especially thanks to Larry. I would have rated this casino as an 8,5 but after what have happened I can't.

Okay, now we come to a big issue, they closed my account due some terms and conditions that they never stated to me, what they were. I just played there like once or two in a month, no big deposits, like 10-50€ . And for the mostly lost the money, of course used some offers they send me. And after I did the biggest withdrawal like 130€ after an 10€ deposit they just blocked my account. I asked why and it took one week to get answer and I was surprised over the answer because have played in casinos for over 15 years now and never has this happened to me. They closed permanently my account, I was shocked they can do this. I was not a active player, I think as like 2-3 years as an customer less than 1000€ deposits and withdrawals less than that maybe 500€ in total, but I am not sure because can not see anymore because of the closure they made. The only I can think of, is as I used some bonuses they send me. But in the end it was not much I used because they kept sending me them daily and I did not play much. So be aware they can close your account here quite easy. Some casinos just not send anymore offers if you only play with bonus money but here they close your account. I have never before got my account closed from a casino. So I will not highly recommend to use here bonus offers they keep sending you can get your account closed very easy.
