I Used to put a lot of money on old version of Trada. I wish I hadn't, now...
Furious at false advertising. After depositing and playing for my 'VIP' bonuses and free spins ect which I did not receive. After querying the situation I was informed that the managers had "decided to disable bonuses from my account." When I asked why I was offered no explanation. Scam
The only thing I like about this casino now is that I closed my account and won't be fooled this crowd again. There is not much to like about a casino that offers you bonuses, caps winnings and refuses your bonus if you have pending withdrawal, there is nothing to like about their live chat either, complain to them and you will find your chat session suddenly ends
Where to begin? I have been a member of this casino for 2 years but closed my account this week. In October or November I got an email from trada saying they were launching a brand new design to their site but this wasn't true, they were sold and now under new ownership and management. They use to process withdrawals within hours and money in your account same day, this no longer happens and they have a 48 hour process period and hope you reverse your withdrawal so they dont have to pay out. The old trada had daily bonuses to avail of, new site no daily bonus. The old trada had no limit on what you could win from bonus funds, now if they offer you a bonus winnings are capped at £100 so if you win big and meet the wagering requirements if you have a balance above £1000 , 900 is wiped out and you get 100, players should beware of any casino that caps your winnings. Please also note when playing with bonus funds you should read their bonus policy as to the limit you can spend per spin as they have it very low. They are also very sneaky, nowhere in their bonus policy does it tell you that if you have a pending withdrawal you are not entitled to any bonus , here is what they do, the old trada had daily bonuses, the new one seems to offer you bonuses by email when you have a pending withdrawal, I made the mistake of depositing £10 to get 25 free spins whilst I had a pending withdrawal, the spins not credited so I contacted live chat where they told me no bonus spins because I had pending withdrawal, I asked could they credit the spins after withdrawal processed no was the answer rudely I asked where is it written in bonus policy no bonus when withdrawal being processed and the agent ended the chat. I thought I was cut off chat so got a new agent and again cut off, 4 times 4 supposed different chat agents all cut me off when I complained. I'm not paranoid either, there is a review of trada on trust pilot and a guy recently said same thing that he was deliberately cut off chat when he complained, in other words they hope you give up trying to use chat . I gave them another chance and told them I would close account if they didn't credit the 25 spins and they would lose a customer of 2 years but that didn't bother them. This casino would rather lose a customer then credit you with free spins . What makes matters worse is this was my first withdrawal to make under their new ownership, so they also wanted the card details before processing withdrawal even though I had verified my card and bank details with the old owners, the new owners also wanted it which delayed the withdrawal process, I withdrew on a Wednesday, it should have been processed by Friday I made the £10 deposit on the Monday for the free spins but the withdrawal was still pending because of their issues not mine. I think askgamblers should remove trada from their site as most of the details and good reviews refer to the old crowd not the new owners. This is not a casino that is interested in you, they want your cash and not to quick to payout. They lost a good customer for 25 spins. I will also be Infirming the gambling commission and licence authorities about their recent behaviours. Be warned folks!!!
Before they completely changed the end of November they were easily a 10 star casino and I had been only playing there for about the last past year. Their support was helpful, their deposit methods were ok and I had made several withdrawals without any issues. When I joined them I made sure to do the document verification before doing anything to avoid future issues and never had any.
I dislike the change to the casino at the end of November. They have removed games that as far as i know were unique to that casino. They also removed my entire history as a player there so I have no level of loyalty. I also noticed that the cashback bonus was gone so I did the live chat and they were beyond unhelpful. Sadly I will never play there again.
It s really hard to like something comparable to the original Trada Casino. The deposit process is faster. The logo and global aspect is maybe better than before.
They decide suddenly to not honour the cashback promotion. This means I lost around 200$ wager free money that I normally use to play on Monday is I had a bad week before.
The new operator has flush all the best policies that made this casino become one of the best on the web, With their new 48 hours waiting time before to start the process your withdraw, they can now can be compare to the worst on this point.
The new platform is not better than the old one. I try to find some game but never succeed (Maybe there are available. I was just not able to find them). They now have a ridiculous document verification policies. So even if you have several thousand in withdraw in the last year and most like more deposit.
I have just been told by Sofia on the chat that the e wallet process is now 3 days...
I am not telling they become the worse casino, Ask Gambler should make review their Ask Gamblers Certificate of Trust. I am nor sure they diverse this prestigious honour.

Made a 70$ CAD via e-transfer and it took 24 hours before it was shows as declined. Now they opened a case that can take up to 3 business days? Why? My etransfer was declined, money out of my account and now I have to send in documents to get my money back? Unacceptable

Lots of things but mainly the rude chat/support He was insensitive and told me I had not made enough deposits to earn a single loyalty point. I asked all up how many deposits I had made and when he said 7 I was outraged. I have no time for unclassy sites like this, if chat/support is weak then I don't believe that casino can ever really be among the best!

Used to be my favourite, now I won't touch it! Got rid of all my favourite games. Can't search by provider anymore, very common layout now, also alot slower. No longer have quickspin or Tom horn and don't accept boku! Also now added a stupidly high wagering to there free spins!

I had my reservations when I heard Trada were moving to Aspire, they don't have a very good reputation, but I was hoping that Trada would still be the same, and just use their platform. I was sadly wrong, today I have closed my account. It just feels like even if I win, which I have't i wouldn't be able to get my money. It feels like a rogue site now, and one that I just don't feel comfortable plying at. I received an email for a 25% match up bonus yesterday, up to £200. Max withdrawal from this is £100, what the ****, what is the point in depositing £200, to then have to wager a fortune to only be able to withdraw half of what I deposited. If it's not broken don't try to fix it Trada. Sadly I can only see the casino going one way now
Go back to last month, Trada used to be so good, in fact my favourite online casino, lovely customer support, great site layout, super speedy withdrawals, but now...
Since moving to Aspire they have gone from one of the best, to the worst I play at. Terrible customer support, terrible site layout, you cant' search by provider now, half the games they have don't even show under the 'all games' tab. A lot of the games you play crash half way through playing them. The Red Tiger games take about 8 second per spin, RTP is appalling on Play & Go (286 spins on Golden Colts with no bonus) Golden Colts!!! But worst of all is the withdrawal times, 3 days withdrawal pending, contact customer support who ask for Bank Card picture to be sent (no e-mail asking for this) send this through, wait 5 days for this to be verified, then a further 2 days for withdrawal to finally be processed. Trada you used to be my go to Casino, now you have lost me and undoubtedly many more customers who will jump ship after you have foolishly moved to Aspire!

The site is quite clear, though the design is somehow old fashioned in my opinion. It is easy to set limits or self-exclude by yourself without needing to contact support. A big plus is, that once you make a withdrawal request, you can lock it up. I made a couple of withdrawals; both were processed in like 24 hours. Verification didn't take much time, either. Both times I got my money accordingly. There are several payment methods; I personally use mostly Trustly & Visa and they have both options. All in all, this site seems reliable to me.
You have to wager your deposit once before being able to withdraw. The game selection is somehow limited; for example, they don't have Divine Fortune, even tho they have some other Netent games. Also they don't have for example Stampede from Softbet.

Okay, now we come to a big issue, they closed my account due some terms and conditions that they never stated to me, what they were. I just played there like once or two in a month, no big deposits, like 10-50€ . And for the mostly lost the money, of course used some offers they send me. And after I did the biggest withdrawal like 130€ after an 10€ deposit they just blocked my account. I asked why and it took one week to get answer and I was surprised over the answer because have played in casinos for over 15 years now and never has this happened to me. Everytime I'm playing a game that seems to be playing great all of a sudden I'll get no wins this could be until ive got no credit left but before that happens since this is a regular problem for me I click out of the game to go back to the lobby (home) and I find myself back at stage one of having to sign back into the casino!!!!!

The choice of games is really good. Trada casino site is very easy to browse. Good choice of promos and amount of promos that come through is very high.
To many promos are quite large deposit bonuses. Smaller deposit bonuses would be good or maybe every now and then a no deposit bonus would be good. And 1 other problem it's not that easy to find all account information that could be better.
Compare Trada Casino to Other Casinos
Popular games & by trusted software providers, and only accessible in my country with VPN. RTP is decent but not exceptional unlike other casinos I have tried in the past month.
