Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

Trada casino needs lots of work with their design because my god it is so offputting and not advisable for senior players if you prefer simplicity.

Terrible website layout and the withdrawal process and period is even worse, will hold your request longer than they promised despite spamming their live agents for followups, you need to also give them pics of your licence id to ensure security upon inquiry, so be ready for that when you are asking about details like your withdrawal request before your money finally gets transferred to your e-wallet. Not advisable and definitely unreliable, website also crashes despite cache clearing because of the VPN.

I Used to put a lot of money on old version of Trada. I wish I hadn't, now...

Furious at false advertising. After depositing and playing for my 'VIP' bonuses and free spins ect which I did not receive. After querying the situation I was informed that the managers had "decided to disable bonuses from my account." When I asked why I was offered no explanation. Scam

The only thing I like about this casino now is that I closed my account and won't be fooled this crowd again. There is not much to like about a casino that offers you bonuses, caps winnings and refuses your bonus if you have pending withdrawal, there is nothing to like about their live chat either, complain to them and you will find your chat session suddenly ends

Where to begin? I have been a member of this casino for 2 years but closed my account this week. In October or November I got an email from trada saying they were launching a brand new design to their site but this wasn't true, they were sold and now under new ownership and management. They use to process withdrawals within hours and money in your account same day, this no longer happens and they have a 48 hour process period and hope you reverse your withdrawal so they dont have to pay out. The old trada had daily bonuses to avail of, new site no daily bonus. The old trada had no limit on what you could win from bonus funds, now if they offer you a bonus winnings are capped at £100 so if you win big and meet the wagering requirements if you have a balance above £1000 , 900 is wiped out and you get 100, players should beware of any casino that caps your winnings. Please also note when playing with bonus funds you should read their bonus policy as to the limit you can spend per spin as they have it very low. They are also very sneaky, nowhere in their bonus policy does it tell you that if you have a pending withdrawal you are not entitled to any bonus , here is what they do, the old trada had daily bonuses, the new one seems to offer you bonuses by email when you have a pending withdrawal, I made the mistake of depositing £10 to get 25 free spins whilst I had a pending withdrawal, the spins not credited so I contacted live chat where they told me no bonus spins because I had pending withdrawal, I asked could they credit the spins after withdrawal processed no was the answer rudely I asked where is it written in bonus policy no bonus when withdrawal being processed and the agent ended the chat. I thought I was cut off chat so got a new agent and again cut off, 4 times 4 supposed different chat agents all cut me off when I complained. I'm not paranoid either, there is a review of trada on trust pilot and a guy recently said same thing that he was deliberately cut off chat when he complained, in other words they hope you give up trying to use chat . I gave them another chance and told them I would close account if they didn't credit the 25 spins and they would lose a customer of 2 years but that didn't bother them. This casino would rather lose a customer then credit you with free spins . What makes matters worse is this was my first withdrawal to make under their new ownership, so they also wanted the card details before processing withdrawal even though I had verified my card and bank details with the old owners, the new owners also wanted it which delayed the withdrawal process, I withdrew on a Wednesday, it should have been processed by Friday I made the £10 deposit on the Monday for the free spins but the withdrawal was still pending because of their issues not mine. I think askgamblers should remove trada from their site as most of the details and good reviews refer to the old crowd not the new owners. This is not a casino that is interested in you, they want your cash and not to quick to payout. They lost a good customer for 25 spins. I will also be Infirming the gambling commission and licence authorities about their recent behaviours. Be warned folks!!!

Before they completely changed the end of November they were easily a 10 star casino and I had been only playing there for about the last past year. Their support was helpful, their deposit methods were ok and I had made several withdrawals without any issues. When I joined them I made sure to do the document verification before doing anything to avoid future issues and never had any.

I dislike the change to the casino at the end of November. They have removed games that as far as i know were unique to that casino. Made a 70$ CAD via e-transfer and it took 24 hours before it was shows as declined. Now they opened a case that can take up to 3 business days? Why? My etransfer was declined, money out of my account and now I have to send in documents to get my money back? Unacceptable

Lots of things but mainly the rude chat/support He was insensitive and told me I had not made enough deposits to earn a single loyalty point.
