Hello. I have deposited twice already on The Slotz casino. I was able to go up to 180 EUR and to 50 EUR on two different days. I have requested two withdrawals, one last week on friday which is still pending, and one yesterday which is pending too. The live support and the email support keep coming back with no answers and they just keep telling me that it is going through additional risk and security procedures. I have successfully completed every KYC, including ID photos, proof of address on the first day. On the verification page it says that I dont need to verify anything right now. I'm attaching you the transaction history about the dates and the amounts of pending withdrawals. I also tried withdrawing through different networks, but as I can see it doesn't really make any difference. The live support isn't able to tell me an approximate time frame when it is going to be done and I've had enough. I have a balance of 100,000 HUF on The Slotz Casino. I was informed by support (agent Nico) that I must make a minimum deposit of 8,000 HUF to verify my payment method and unlock my withdrawal.

However, there is a technical contradiction on the site: the VISA/Mastercard deposit limit is capped at 5,000 HUF, making it impossible to meet the 8,000 HUF requirement in a single transaction. Agent Nico confirmed in writing (see attached screenshot) that I would be able to withdraw my full balance once this is resolved.

My case was allegedly "forwarded to the relevant department" over 6 hours ago, but I have received no email and no technical fix. Based on the template answers I am receiving, I believe the casino is intentionally stalling to avoid paying out my winnings. I am requesting that the casino either fixes the limit ws the withdrawal aspromised.

I have now waited 18 days for my withdrawal and I get no update on why there is a delay.

I created my withdrawal on 28/2-2026 and have since then gotten no update or reason on why it has taken so long.

The only answer I get from support is the standard "dont worry it is being processed"

I could understand there is sometimes delays but 17 days without any communication is not reasonable.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since the 16/12-2025. For a casino that advertise withdrawals within 24 hours that is unacceptable.

When I try to get any info from livechat they just give me standard answers with no real info.

It is obvious this is just a stall tactic because they want me to cancel the withdrawals.

I would like to submit a complaint about this casino delaying payments despite advertising they process them within 24 hours.

It has now been 3 days since withdrawal request and nothing has been done on their side despite them advising you to process within 24 hours.

I have deposited numerous times (well over 1000 euro) which they took no problem but are now refusing to pay out my winnings of just 300 euro and 150 euro.

Zero information has been provided by support on what the delay is or any justification other than copying/pasting generic information from the T&Cs on your site. I have had to send around 6 chaser emails just to get generic responses.

I have requested details from the KYC team on what the delay is but again nothing has been provided.

All information requested by me has been provided and account verification has been completed.

This is purely a stalling tactic to process the withdrawal which is not acceptable from an online casino who I have deposited to in good faith.

I am sick of chasing them for a proper update and have advised casino via official complaint and told them I am contacting you.

Can you assist with them paying out.

I won €300 at The Slotz Casino and have been trying to withdraw my winnings for more than two weeks now. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they keep giving me different excuses and refusing to process the withdrawal properly.

I requested the payout to the same card I used for my deposit – three times – and every time they simply returned the money back to my casino account. It feels like they are just waiting for me to lose the money instead of paying it out.

Their support gives no real solutions and keeps stalling the process. This behavior is unacceptable and feels deliberately deceptive. I strongly advise others to be cautious with this casino.
