Delaying withdrawal without reason again


Hi,
Once again i am experience delays with my withdrawals from Theslotz. It has now been pending sonce 13/2.

For a casino that advertise withdrawals within 24 hours that is unacceptable.

When I try to get any info from livechat they just give me copy/paste answers with no real info.

It is obvious this is just a stall tactic because they want me to cancel the withdrawals.

My account has been fully verified for a long time. No bonus has been used and there is no reason for delaying the withdrawal.
