Also, I'm fully verified. This is such a lousy payment time, don't you agree???

Send all of my withdrawals ASAP; this is not ok

Also, I would like to request compensation after you send all of my pending withdrawals. This is like you don't want to pay what you OWE me.

Delayed withdrawal still pending without clear timeframe

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from The Slotz.

My withdrawal was requested on 20 July and is still marked as “Pending”. My account has already been fully verified, and I have received withdrawals from this casino much faster in the past.

I contacted customer support several times by chat and e-mail, but I only received generic responses stating that my withdrawal is under review. They also confirmed that the withdrawal will be completed regardless of further account activity, yet there is still no clear timeframe.

I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and assist me in resolving the delay.

Casino delays my withdrawal with no reason

The casino is not processing or delaying my wtihdrawal request made a week ago. This is my second attempt after i was told to play more to get better status. I cancelled my withdrawal , played more, made anew deposit and i dont get points for status. I did a new withdrawal request 5 days ago and they are not processing it.

Refund of 100 euros since 3 weeks

This platform, the slotz casino, close my account the 22/04 after a deposit of 100€.
They said that they will refund my 100€ on my bank account with the same methods of deposit i’ve used.
But it’s 3 weeks ago and now i received nothing, i always wait the money.

Payment delayed for no reason

I’ve made a withdrawal request of 440€ on 23.4.2026.
Today is 29.4.2026 and my withdrawal is still marked as pending.
My account is verified and so are my payment methods.
I tried to find out what’s going on through casino customers support repeatedly , yet unsuccessfully. I’ve been told that they’re still processing it, despite they are supposed to process it within 24hours . And it’s been six days already. My direct question if there is some problem with my withdrawal remained unanswered.

Delayed withdrawal with no reason

Hello. I have deposited twice already on The Slotz casino. I was able to go up to 180 EUR and to 50 EUR on two different days. I have requested two withdrawals, one last week on friday which is still pending, and one yesterday which is pending too. The live support and the email support keep coming back with no answers and they just keep telling me that it is going through additional risk and security procedures. I have successfully completed every KYC, including ID photos, proof of address on the first day. On the verification page it says that I dont need to verify anything right now. I'm attaching you the transaction history about the dates and the amounts of pending withdrawals. I also tried withdrawing through different networks, but as I can see it doesn't really make any difference. The live support isn't able to tell me an approximate time frame when it is going to be done and I've had enough. Please let me know if you need any more details about my profile or the transactions or anything that will help in solving the case. Thank you!

Today is 22/4 2026 and I am still waiting for my second withdrawal

Hello Ask Gambler. I have made 2 withdrawals on 5/4 2026 of 500 eur each. One of the withdrawals was paid out on 14/4. Today is 22/4 2026 and I am still waiting for my second withdrawal. My account was verified on 7/4 2026. I have chatted with them 3 times and do not get any direct answers why the withdrawals take so long. But they say that if you deposit and play more to go up in level, the withdrawals will go faster. You see from other complaints that you have received on the slotz that they delay withdrawals for players and they do that so that you can play away the money. They dont even pay 500 eur a week. Withdrawal locked by conflicting deposit limits and support stalling

It's been nearly 6 hours since Nico

I have a balance of 100,000 HUF on The Slotz Casino. I was informed by support (agent Nico) that I must make a minimum deposit of 8,000 HUF to verify my payment method and unlock my withdrawal.

However, there is a technical contradiction on the site: the VISA/Mastercard deposit limit is capped at 5,000 HUF, making it impossible to meet the 8,000 HUF requirement in a single transaction. Agent Nico confirmed in writing (see attached screenshot) that I would be able to withdraw my full balance once this is resolved.

My case was allegedly "forwarded to the relevant department" over 6 hours ago, but I have received no email and no technical fix. Based on the template answers I am receiving, I believe the casino is intentionally stalling to avoid paying out my winnings. I am requesting that the casino either fixes the limit ws the withdrawal aspromised.

Payment delayed for 17 days

Hi,

I have now waited 18 days for my withdrawal and I get no update on why there is a delay.

I created my withdrawal on 28/2-2026 and have since then gotten no update or reason on why it has taken so long.

The only answer I get from support is the standard "dont worry it is being processed"

I could understand there is sometimes delays but 17 days without any communication is not reasonable.

Delaying withdrawal without reason again

Hi,
Once again i am experience delays with my withdrawals from Theslotz. It has now been pending sonce 13/2.

For a casino that advertise withdrawals within 24 hours that is unacceptable.

When I try to get any info from livechat they just give me copy/paste answers with no real info.

It is obvious this is just a stall tactic because they want me to cancel the withdrawals.

My account has been fully verified for a long time. No bonus has been used and there is no reason for delaying the withdrawal.

Unpaid withdrawal request

I requested a withdrawals on 30th dec -25, 2nd jan 26, 4th jan 26 and 6th jan 26 all for the max per transaction amount of €500 via Bank Transfer/Revolut. The last withdrawal is still pending with no confirmed payment date. My account is verified after i got asked to send bank details nad mifinity ewallet details after two payments was made (this was accepted 15th jan) and I have provided any required documents. Support has only given generic replies and no clear timeline. They have paid out €500 every monday = once a week until recent one that was today a tuesday 8 dyas after the other. now the last €500 is still pending from the 6th of january.

I am asking AskGamblers to help escalate this and ensure the payment is processed. In a normal time frame. See attachment 1 and 2 from their own terms and conditions not being met or not even accurate (for example max transaction is €500) and it seems weekly €500) And as you can see of the screenshots, 3 withdrawals is processed.
