The casino is not processing or delaying my wtihdrawal request made a week ago. This is my second attempt after i was told to play more to get better status. I cancelled my withdrawal , played more, made anew deposit and i dont get points for status. I did a new withdrawal request 5 days ago and they are not processing it.
