Account closed for the past month for no reason

Hello,

It’s been over a month since my account was closed, and I’ve had no access to it without any explanation.

I’ve been told to wait every day, and today I received an email stating that my account has been permanently closed following an administrative decision, without any reason, since I didn’t violate their terms of service. In fact, I haven’t received any notification—they just decided to close my account like that.

I had over $3,000 in my account, which is now gone.

I’m reaching out to AskGamblers today for help, since the site isn’t responding to me and hasn’t provided any explanation for the loss of my account and my balance.

Hello there AskGamblers today I fill a complaint against Spinanga Casino for putting my account "Under review" when I had 2 withdrawals pending of 5000 KR each, they haven't explained anything, they haven't contacted me or anything. I ask for a resolution of what is happening with my account and what do you guys need from me in order to complete the withdrawals.

When I try to contact their Live Chat they told me that my account was closed without possibility of reopening, completely ignoring my questions regarding the withdrawals pending on my account.

Responsible Gambling Account issue and Refund request

I am submitting a complaint regarding Spinanga Casino. In 2024, I requested the permanent closure of my account due to gambling addiction (self-exclusion). However, my request was not applied, and my account remained active, allowing me to deposit and gamble again.
As a result, I have lost approximatively €12,000 after my self-exclusion request. I also have been in contact with the casino support regarding a refund, but my case has been open for over 3 months with no resolution.

Spears collection

I would like to file a formal complaint against Spinanga Casino.
In August 2025 I completed the “Spears” collection which promised a reward of 40,000 Ft. However, the system still incorrectly shows 5/10 progress even though the items were collected.
I contacted Spinanga support multiple times over the past year. Each time they responded that the issue is under investigation, but it has now been nearly a year without any resolution or payment.

Spinanga Failure to process repeated self exclusion requests

On December 31, 2025, I sent a formal email requesting self-exclusion due to gambling addiction and immediate permanent closure of my account. I received no response and my account remained accessible.

After December 31, 2025, I continued receiving promotional offers despite my self-exclusion request.

On February 7, 2026, I sent another email regarding a different matter. I received no response to that email either.

All these actions relate exclusively to the same self-exclusion request due to addiction. As of today, my account remains accessible and no written confirmation of permanent closure has been provided.

This situation has occurred multiple times through both email and live chat, without any definitive resolution being provided.
The fact that my account remains accessible despite repeated self-exclusion requests due to addiction is becoming increasingly concerning and distressing, as it leaves me continuously exposed despite clearly expressing my need for protection.

Delayed payment please help

I am submitting this complaint regarding Spinanga.
On February 3rd, I submitted a withdrawal request after winning a total amount of €8,500 at the casino. Since that date, my withdrawal has not been processed.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I continue to receive the same explanation — that there is a high workload in the finance department responsible for processing withdrawals. This response has been repeated for weeks without any clear timeline or meaningful progress regarding my payment.
Furthermore, according to the casino’s withdrawal policy, players are allowed to have a maximum of three active withdrawals at a time, and the maximum withdrawal amount per request is €500. In order to withdraw €8,500, I am required to submit multiple €500 requests. This makes the process unnecessarily long and complicated.
When combined with the ongoing delays, this policy results in an extremely time-consuming and psychologically exhausting experience. It creates the strong impression that the system is designed in a way that discourages players from successfully withdrawing their legitimate winnings.
I consider this practice unfair and highly concerning. I am simply requesting that my lawful winnings of €8,500 be processed and paid without any further delay.
I respectfully ask for an immediate review of my case and the prompt completion of my withdrawal.
