Ich warte seit 2 wochen auf eine Auszaglung von 1500

Ich wurde noch nicht aufgefordert mein Konto zu verifizieren ... der support meinte ist nicht nötig im moment aber ich bekomme trotzdem keine auszahlung ich weiss langsam nicht mehr was machen.

Ich habe emails geschickt und fast jeden Tag dem kundensupport immer wird man vetröstet

In den abg des casinos steht, dass eine auszahlung maximal 3 werktage dauert.

Es ist jetzt schon 1 woche rum und der support von der seite vertröstet mich nur immer wieder.

Ich habe schon gesehen, dass sich sehr viele leute bei askgamblers beschwert haben und zum teil nie eine auszahlung erhalten haben.

Seit 14.06 steht meine Auszahlung.

Bank wurde verifiziert.

Ausweis wurde verifiziert und auch der Adressnachweis.

Am 9.06 habe ich mit paysafecard eingezahlt so das sie den Transaktionsverlauf wollen , immer wieder wird dies abgelehnt.

Also es scheitert an der Verifizierung weil es immer wieder abgelehnt wird und ich weiß nicht mehr weiter ich schicke es immer wieder und es wird mir nicht gesagt warum es abgelehnt wird.

Ich habe am 20.03.2024 eine von drei Auszahlungen getätigt

Zweite Auszahlung 21.03.2024

Dritte Auszahlung 22.03.2024

Und ich warte jetzt schon knapp 1 Monat auf die Auszahlung.

Habe im Live Chat immer wieder gefragt was mit meiner Auszahlung ist und immer kommen die gleichen Worte mit zb ist in der Endphase oder es verzögert sich usw usw usw.

Dann ist mir gesagt worden ich müsste mich verifizieren aber mein Spielerkonto zeigt mir an ich müsste mich nicht verifizieren, dennoch habe ich die Unterlagen an [email protected]

Diese E Mail habe ich am 07.04.2023 gesendet.

Ich habe bis jetzt noch immer keine Antwort bekommen oder sonst was.

Habe auch Screenshots vom Live Chat gemacht was die mir geschrieben haben als Beweise das mir gesagt wurde ich bekomme das Geld, es wird sich jemanden melden usw. Aber es ist nichts passiert.

Ich hoffe und bitte euch vielmals mir bitte zu helfen diese Auszahlung zum Abschluss zu bringen.

​I am filing this complaint against Spinanga Casino regarding a missing bonus for completing a card collection.

​I have successfully collected 10 out of 10 cards using the internal "FUT coins" currency. According to the casino’s rules, completing this collection entitles the player to a bonus of 425 PLN.

​This issue has been ongoing for several months. Since I completed the collection, I have made numerous attempts to contact the casino to claim my reward. Unfortunately, the casino has been consistently ignoring my requests:

​Live Chat: Every time I bring up the missing bonus, my inquiries are ignored or the chat is terminated without a resolution.

​Email Support: I have sent multiple emails over the past few months, but I have received no response at all.

​It is unacceptable for a casino to offer promotions and then refuse to pay out the rewards while ignoring the customer for months. I have fulfilled all the requirements, and I expect the 425 PLN bonus to be credited to my account immediately.

​I have screenshots of my completed collection (10/10) and am ready to provide them to the AskGamblers team as proof that the casino is failing to honor its terms.

My account was put under review 3 months ago.

I can not log in and withdrawl my remaining balance.

Support via email is not going nowhere and they dont even tell me the reason why my account is not active anymore.

I have tried to solve this many times, but they are not helping me in any way.

This is weird because my balance is not even much, less than 300e.

Hello Spinanga Casino & AskGamblers, today I fill a complaint because my withdrawal at Spinanga has been delayed for 5 business days. I understand that casinos may have delays but in this case it's off the timemark that they set, and after trying to contact the casino through live chat function there isn't any justified case behind this delay. They just keep telling me automated answers, that my withdrawal is at maximum priority, but nothing changes.

I really find no other solution to this case rather than making a formal complaint here, my account doesn't need verification either. This is my last resource, thanks AskGamblers & Spinanga Casino for your cooperation with me.

I’d like to file a complaint against Spinanga Casino regarding their perceived habit of intentionally delaying withdrawals under the excuse of handling too many withdrawal requests.

According to their withdrawal timeline, they emphasize that they complete withdrawals within 3 business days, starting from the next day after the request was made or after the last withdrawal, which sums up to four business days in total.

The problem is that Spinanga does not seem to follow its own policies and timelines, despite having the longest payout timeline I’ve ever come across on any Casino or sportsbook. From all indications so far they employ shady tactics used by shady casinos and sportsbooks to delay and frustrate players into losing and keeping their winnings with them.

I made a withdrawal request since Monday, 8th Dec, 2025, and have been relentlessly following up on this request since that day with their CS reps. They copy and paste replies about their withdrawal timelines word to word, time and again, and after further probing, they specified that my withdrawal would be completed on or before Thursday, 11-Dec-2025, according to the said timeline.

After several interactions and back and forth with the CS reps, Thursday has come and gone, and I’m being told by the CS reps, who seem more confused than composed, to expect further delays, citing the known, usual flimsy excuse of handling too many withdrawals at the moment.

As I write to you now, they can no longer give me a definite or estimated time for the completion of my withdrawal. They just tell me to be patient, and I will get my money soon. Who knows when soon will be.

This isn’t a verification issue either, as my dashboard and account say no verification is needed from my end, something the CS confirmed too.

I also did not take any bonus, as I never do. I just play with my deposits. I’m not a US resident or Citizen either.

I go online to see if other gamblers have experienced something similar with Spinanga, and I see so many with the same complaints of the same delays under the same excuses by Spinanga.

Thus, I implore AskGamblers to help resolve this issue and expedite the processing and completion of my withdrawal.

I do not see myself sticking with this seemingly shady Casino after this ordeal. I just want my money.

The amount in question is about NGN43,000 ($30 USD), and is just one out of the two withdrawal requests I made recently.

I asked for 2 withdrawals on Monday 3rd of November.

We are Saturday 8th of November, and I haven't gotten my money.

I sent many requests to their chat 24/7, I also sent an email to their support, but they still don't pay me, so I also sent a complaint according to their conditions & terms.

Please help me get my money

I asked one withdraws about 100€ on Monday, 3rd November at 12 am,

And one other withdrawal of about 100€ on Monday, 3rd November at 15 pm.
