Well what can I say this site is an utter joke, it took ages to get verified I eventually did, withdraw twice and got the money no probelm, had a big win on Friday and my withdrawal is still pending, as apparently they are carrying out a routine check on my account. When you call up and ask no one can tell you how long it will take and if you will get your money even know they have paid me out twice before. The support agents are the most unhelpful people ever, they refuse to put you through to a manager, and I still have no idea when I’m going to receive my money. I’m absolutely fuming and have contacted the gambling ombudsman over this, as they withholding my winnings, avoid this site at all cost, they so rogue it’s unreal.

I have made 2 withdrawals in the past and both were paid the next day with no issues. When I tried to withdraw my winnings today, all of a sudden I have had to upload lots of documents and I am being told now I may have to wait 5 days for my withdrawal to be processed. Withdraw time is very important to me while choosing a casino, and 48 hours is over my limit. I'm used to 0-4 hours and I don't really get why it would take such long time. That's the only thing that will stop me from playing at sloty more than once in a while.
When you get freespins on netent, you can only wager on netent games. That is not really a problem, BUT, you can't see how much wagering is left. Freespins winnings doesn't seem to count as a bonus, and until wagering is done you can't see the money you have unless you open a game.

Nothing bar the gaming platform and the staff were nice.
Everything these guys are rogues will do anything like they did to me and block my account for winning for a routine security check which went for 5days. They then stalled all processes of payment steps and made my life hell. Avoid this CASINO as they don't like u winning and they don't like to pay.
