I've deposited 450 pounds into this casino and won up to 7000,

I've tried to withdraw 1000 so far but I'm having trouble with that waiting over the expected 21-day waiting time at 22 days now.

I've seen all the complaints against this website is there anything I can do? What should I do even just to get my money back .. total scammers

My recent withdrawal of £559.51 is just pending and not being processed we are on day 5 of this I was told 72 it would be processed from when I cashed out. The last communication was in an email that it was handed to relevant department and I have heard nothing since. There is also no live chat to communicate which makes it very hard.

I registered this casino on 16.2.2022 and played the welcome bonus. I was lucky and won almost 800 euros. I made the withdrawal and after their 2% fee the withdrawal amount was 786 euros. After a few days they asked me to post some documents which I did. My account was verified after that.

Now it is 20.3.2022, and I still have not received the withdrawal. I have asked several times about the issue via email, but they have not given me an answer. First time I emailed them 28.2.2022 and I have also tried to get contact with them several times during March (see the screenshots). Unfortunately, they have not answered me.

I would be happy if you could help me to get answers and finally after over a month, my withdrawal too. :)

Hello, I´m writing here in hopes that Askgamblers would help me with problems that I´m having with Sloty casino.

I had a win of 2000€ on 7th of February. They asked for my information to confirm my account, I sent everything they asked and my account was confirmed on 17th of February. I made a withdrawal and was asked to wait for 72hours for it to be confirmed.

After a week of waiting, I went to casinos chat to ask what is the situation of my withdrawal. They said that they had to do some other checks on my account that I just need to wait for them to do it. They didnt explain what it was, just told me to wait.

I waited 2 more weeks and went back to the chat and the answer was same. Just wait and you will be contacted.

Now it has been 1 month. I haven't received any emails from Sloty to explain what is the situation of my withdrawal or what is the reason to delay the process to confirm my account.

I requested a withdrawal for £1192 last wednesday 7 business days ago.

I have contacted support multiple times askin has it past inspection stage yet and all they say is it is pending processing, then the chat gets closed off! 

I am a new customer and feel like I am not going to receive my winnings. My account was fully verified on the day I made withdrawal and I am still sat waiting.

3 weeks and yet still no money in my account and they hardly ever reply to me. I’m Waiting for £400.

This is getting silly now, I had sent all my documents and had my account verified why should I still be waiting 3 weeks after all this. I have sent many of emails, there is no contact number and there live chat is not even a live chat.

I have two withdrawals that say they were successfully processed last week on Friday 30th July & Saturday 31st. These were withdrawn back to my account via Apple Pay. The first withdrawal has gone past their ‘1-3 working day’ timescale and when talking to the online chat, they don’t seem to even bother reading my query and keep telling me about a more recent withdrawal in August which is not the one I am querying so they are very unhelpful.

I messaged them a second time and was told to send a bank statement image to prove I have not received it. I have also messaged my bank provider to ask if there are any pending payments coming to my account and they said no.

What is going on? They all say successfully processed and I have not been asked to provide any additional documents.

It is now 5 days on from when they verified all my documents and yet i still don't have access to either my account, nor my money in my account, and every time I contact live support to get an update I get the same unhelpful response of "I can't give you a time frame, we appreciate your patience", and as such my patience has now run out, I have jumped through hoops with this casino to finally get my account verified and sent them every document they could of asked for and they are still stalling verifying my account, it's been 5 days since they confirmed they had verified my documents and I'm nowhere closer to being able to withdraw, could you please help me get my money and get casino to allow me access to it, thanks.

Sloty.com is delaying my account verification and there withdrawel. My first withrawel was without problems, further withdrawels were not rejected, but just not processed.

Also I sent in missing documents for account verification, nothing happens (the status keeps in "will be processed within 72h").

There are no staff at live chat, so it can´t contacted. If I write emails to the support team in first answers was written, there would be an answer within 72 hours, also it took much longer than 72h/nothing happens at all.
