I personally have to say “Wow” to Slots Million Casino. From their chat friendly (S) help department who assisted me with updating my contact information and informing me of any details that I might need to know about their banking services. To their deposits which were seamless, but where I have to give them a standing ovation is with their withdraw process (bank transfers). I've not had one problem playing here. A huge selection of games, even with the lack of providers for Canada. Still plenty to choose from. Love the 5 dollar bonuses I receive pretty frequently.
Cashing out has been a breeze, registration was simple and support was really friendly.
Brands that aren't playable in Canada are still shown in the game selection, every once in a while I'll click a game wait for it to load only to get a "not available in canada" message. 1. I could withdraw my funds to my bank account here in Iceland without any problem
2. I was allowed to "lock" my withdrawal, and I wasn't tempted to cancel my withdrawal at any point
3. I had to provide evidence of who I am and that I own my kredid card, but that didn't take much time and their support is flawless!
One more thing that I think is worth mentioning, that is they have rules when using a bonus,like many other (or even all other) casinos have, but unlike all other that I have tried, they actually have a filter that stops any player when he tries to do something that their rules do not allow, such as using more that 5 euros per spin. I have experienced in another casino having my winnings taken away from me because, that casino said, I played for more that 5 euros per spin at some point or used "dobble or nothing" feature that made my win potentially become more that 5 euros.
One more thing; I get free spins quite frequently, 50 most of the time, even though I didn't play at their casino past few weeks. They even gave me 25 spins when I hadn't play for a month or so.

First of all, I see that you created your account with us on the 29th of June 2015 and have had interactions with our Customer Support several time since November 2018 in order to validate your account. The reason why we haven't approved your account till now is because, as our agents informed you, the documents you provided us with to prove your identity and your address were either unreadable (for both the first ID and proof of address you sent), expired (for your bank document) or not valid (Skrill account - not valid due to the possibility of editing the address and Ecopayz account - no address visible). You did send us a passport picture that was approved but for the rest, it couldn't be approved for the reasons mentioned above.
