I love just about everything. I've played at many casinos which were good but this one is probably the fastest at receiving money.Once my account was validated and everything was completed they didn't wait about like most would.My money was sent to me within the next 10 mins. I have withdrawn three times on here the first on was £50 and was in my bank within 24 hours then the second around £30. The third was a much larger amount which is great however when I withdrew this amount it was pending for 2 days and then on the Tuesday night it was sent to my bank however on the Friday when I should had received the money I get an email saying it was sent to my bank with no reason behind it and I was to re withdraw the following Monday. Very weird way that they have dealt with a large withdraw.

It remained pending for two days because you had to go through the normal ID verification process in order to withdraw such amount in one hand and in the other, because you didn't provide us with the backside of your ID in the first place. Note that we encourage all our players to do it as soon as they register so you don’t have to add an extra step to the process in case of withdrawals above £800. As soon as we received the backside of your ID, we approved the withdrawal and sent it for processing. Unfortunately, on the Friday, you informed us that you still had not received the funds. We immediately contacted our payment provider to ask for explanations and offered you two options in order to address this as fast as possible through another payment method. Therefore, yes, instead of receiving your fund on Friday as expected, the transaction had to be aborted, we re-credited your account with the funds and asked you to do a new withdrawal with another payment method while we would wait to hear back from the payment provider. On behalf of SlotsMillion's team, I would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused.

- The transaction list don't shows all Transactions (maybe just the last 2 Weeks)
- My personal payout (win) ratio was very bad. Had bad luck, for example it takes more then 1000 spins to trigger the free games for white rabbit. After another 500 Spins I don't had trigger the Games again and have canceled. Same for Jack o Latern canceled after 500 Spins without the free Games. Sure that happends and I got a Bonus about 500€ with conditions like max bet 5€ and 48x times to give him free. All in all after 7550 Spins i got a loss of 14500€.
- The reason why I write this is because I had played alot in other casinos too and this is the maybe the profit / loss ratio so far. It would be Interesting to see the information who much the casino pays out overall (the payout ratio). Maybe some from their support can post it here.

I'm very disappointed with this casino as I have made several deposits since late last year and haven't even come close to meeting wagering requirements, much less being able to make a withdrawal. Updated Games selection, that's all...Bad bad bad and I stayed away
I respect all the rules from any casinos as long as its stated clearly to public. As advised and I knew that a withdrawal request must be the same of the deposit method with. That's a joke but it's fine anyway if you want to play on this casino.
Well, I made a deposit with Ecopayz and end up I got some winnings, felt happy and made a withdrawal and given told that Ecopayz not allowed to be used as withdrawal method and m they forcing me to make withdrawal with bank transfer and given no other options at all.what a shame, everyone knows why we use e-wallet for transactions, as the main reason for me is to avoid any casino activities on my personal bank account. The T and C never stated as the Ecopayz not allowed to be used as withdrawal method, and Ecopayz is working fine at others casino of withdrawal method. I request Neteller with alternative withdrawal method but rejected.

I really like this casino! The selection of games is huge and if you're looking for something specific then they probably have it. Depositing was straight forward enough and I got lucky too so I'm currently waiting on a withdrawal, unfortunately the verification and withdrawal departments are closed on a weekend but once processed I read that the withdrawals are rapid. You can also lock in your withdrawal, so no more reversing and losing your winnings after a few hours! This definitely seems to be a quality casino in the making and im sure they will only get bigger and better. There wasn't much that I didn't like to be honest, the site navigation was a little bit tricky but i'm sure if anything it is more efficient once you get used to it. And the game that I played was a bit slow and laggy but i'm not sure if that was my internet connection or not.
